Living Areas

The open plan living area provides ample seating and contemporary comforts, perfect for unwinding or entertaining.

The living area comprises an L-shaped beige sofa, Cable TV, WIFI, air conditioning and ceiling fan, leading to a breakfast bar with 4 stools, electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & wine fridge.

There are patio doors from here leading out to the dining area, so seamlessly blending outdoor-indoor living, and a dining table & 6 chairs, a further seating area, the terrace & swimming pool.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Indulge in one the three bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind, and all equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Bedroom 1, the master suite features a king-size bed, with high-quality bed linen, accessories that create a calming space, and patio doors to terrace.

The master bathroom offers a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower.

Both Guest bedrooms are airy and beautifully decorated, with high-quality bed linen. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed and an ensuite with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 offers two single beds with an adjacent bathroom featuring a single vanity and bath/shower.

Any damages or breakages will be advised to us by the local management company, will be charged and an invoice raised accordingly. The Security Deposit, or any balance thereof, will then be refunded accordingly.
