Sapphire Beach is a fantastic development ideally situated on the vibrant south coast of the island. It overlooks the white sand and sparkling sea of Dover beach on one hand, and is within easy walking distance of the restaurants, nightlife and amenities of St. Lawrence Gap on the other.
Sapphire Beach 309 is a beautifully appointed two bedroom apartment on the third floor.
This spacious apartment features open-plan kitchen and living areas with a wonderful flow out to the breezy covered terrace and the sounds of the waves beyond.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops and LED lighting and houses a breakfast bar for informal dining while the double length patio is ideal for al fresco dining with a view.
The master bedroom is furnished in cool ocean tones and has a walk in closet, charming dressing table and double vanity in the bathroom. Glass doors open out onto to the patio and provide gorgeous views from the king size bed.
The guest suite is situated at the entrance and is tastefully decorated in warm tropical hues, both rooms contain large flat screen televisions. The third bedroom has been converted as an office/den.
This unit comes with all the modern amenities and there is air-conditioning, ceiling fans and WIFI throughout. The apartment is non-smoking. Housekeeper Service provided two days a week.
Guest facilities at Sapphire Beach include two freshwater swimming pools, a fitness centre, an assigned parking space for the apartment and 24hr security on site.
Please note that after arrival, the local management company will ask you for your credit card details and the Security Deposit of $750 will be debited accordingly. Any damages or breakages, or additional charges such as concierge, will be charged to this credit card and an invoice raised accordingly. The Security Deposit, or any balance thereof, will be held until 14 days after departure and then refunded accordingly.
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 12pm.
