Binibeca Hills is a brand new private complex of 7 villas with private pool (4 x 5-bedroomed villas and 3 x 6-bedroomed villas) and we are pleased to feature number 8 Binibeca Hills, a 5-bedroomed villa with private pool, for the coming season.
Note - The images are of Binibeca Hills 8 however should this one not be available alternative 5 or 6 bedroomed villas within this gated complex will be proposed. The villas are very similar in style but may vary slightly in layout and furnishings (Note - 2 of the 6 bedroomed villas, all bedrooms have en-suites and the other 6 bedroomed villa has a separate bathroom/shower room to the 6th bedroom).
Binibeca Hills 8 as follows:
Set on the highest part of Binibeca Vell, this villa offers extremely spacious and very comfortable accommodation on two levels, is well-furnished, of modern décor and well-equipped throughout.
The front door opens into an ample entrance hall with guest cloakroom. This leads into the spacious living/dining room with marble floors, beautiful cream leather sofas and patio doors to the terrace and garden. The living room is equipped with Satellite TV, DVD & CD player WIFI and air conditioning. The dining area leads into the well-equipped and modern kitchen with electric oven & hob, microwave and dishwasher, and laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier.
There are two bedrooms, both with en-suites on this ground floor level – off the kitchen is a double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite shower room and off the entrance hall is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite full bathroom.
A wrought iron spiral staircase (note – care should be taken with children) leads to the first floor and three further bedrooms, again all with en-suite facilities. They consist of a double bedroom with air conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite full shower room, a twin bedroom with air conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite full shower room and a further twin bedroom with air conditioning, vanity unit, sitting area, doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom (with separate walk-in shower)
From this level, there are stairs up to the roof terrace with lovely views of the surrounding countryside down to the coast.
One of the most distinguishing features of this lovely property is the rear, where almost all the walls are glassed, allowing you to enjoy both the terrace and the splendid views of the surrounding countryside.
Open and covered terraces, with outdoor furniture, including a comfy rattan suite for relaxing at one end, and table & chairs with barbecue for outdoor dining at the other.
Approximately 1.6kms from the beach and 500m from the nearest bar/restaurant and supermarket in Binibeca Vell.
Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.
Cleaning and Laundry service;
- For 1 week stays, towels are changed once mid-week.
- For 2 week stays, towels are changed twice mid-week and full service (cleaning, linen and towels) is done after 7 days.
Additional maid service at 18.00 euros per hour.
Additional change of linen/towels – 80 euros per change.
Central heating throughout, available at a supplementary charge.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2020 bookings are based on 2019 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2019 when contracts are signed.
