Villa Levante

Overview

Villa Levante is located in a residential area and is within easy reach of the resort of Pozzallo, with its shops, bars and restaurants, and two lovely sandy beaches, Pietre Nere and Raganzino.

Gates open into the grounds, and a pathway of steps leads up to the entrance and main section of the villa, which offers light, bright and airy accommodation on two levels, and accommodates six persons.

Exterior access, via the driveway, leads to the lower level and a separate self-contained apartment, which accommodates a further four persons, making the property ideal for a larger party looking for independence in the layout of their accommodation.

The swimming pool is set in a wooden decked surround, bordered by a garden laid to lawn, with palm trees and shrubs, and enclosed by hedges. The pool can be heated for a supplementary charge – see below.

There are open and covered terraces, with retractable awnings for shade and sun, and a barbecue for alfresco dining.

Villa Levante is a flexible rental property designed to accommodate groups of up to 10 guests, with reduced pricing available for smaller groups of 8 or 9 people. Please contact the Reservations department for information and prices.
