Spacious outdoor areas, with several terraces & loggias, with outdoor seating & dining areas, beautiful gardens, a large 12m x 4m swimming pool and views onto the Chianti landscape with its vineyards & olive groves. There is a gas BBQ at the property.

Close by in the local hamlet, a historical and architectonical gem - the impressive Romanesque Church which dates to the year 963.

Note – The property belongs to a working winery but enjoys a quiet & private location.

First floor: From the covered loggia (with chairs and table football), entrance to living room with antique fireplace, through to the spacious dining area & well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer & ice maker, an induction hob & oven, microwave & dishwasher.

Tower room: TV room with Satellite TV.

There is WIFI throughout the property.

Note – The property has a washing machine & tumble drier, but this is for the maid’s use only.
