Although part of a working organic winery, the villa occupies a peaceful and private position within the estate.

A historic and elegantly proportioned residence, Villa Monti has recently undergone an exquisite restoration, transforming it into a refined retreat that blends timeless character with modern comfort.

Accommodating up to ten guests, the property features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom or shower room, making it an exceptional choice for families or groups seeking high quality accommodation in an authentic Tuscan setting. Smaller groups of six or eight can also be welcomed on request.*

The interiors are furnished in a classic style that reflects the heritage of the winery, creating an atmosphere of understated sophistication throughout.

Outside, the villa excels in every respect: expansive terraces and loggias offer multiple areas for dining and relaxation, while the beautifully maintained gardens frame a generous 12m x 4m swimming pool with sweeping views across vineyards and olive groves. A gas barbecue further enhances the appeal of alfresco living.

Just a short stroll away, guests will discover a remarkable architectural treasure — an impressive Romanesque church dating back to 963 — adding yet more charm to the villa’s surroundings.

Additional Notes – * When rented as a four bedroom property, the apartment is not included; when rented as a three bedroom property, both the apartment and the cottage are not available.

First floor: From the covered loggia (with chairs and table football), entrance to living room with antique fireplace, through to the spacious dining area & well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer & ice maker, an induction hob & oven, microwave & dishwasher.

Tower room: TV room with Satellite TV.

Ground floor – Cottage – Loggia with 1 double bedroom & bathroom with shower.

Apartment – Covered terrace with 1 double bedroom & bathroom with shower.

First floor - From the covered loggia – 3 double bedrooms, all with bathrooms (one with a bath and shower, the other two with shower).

Outside Area

Spacious outdoor areas, with several terraces & loggias with outdoor seating & dining areas, beautiful gardens, a large 12m x 4m swimming pool and views onto the Chianti landscape with vineyards & olive groves.

Gaiole in Chianti 10kms.

Greve in Chianti 50-minute drive, Florence 1.5-hour drive, Airport Florence 1.5 - 2-hour drive.

Other Items

Included services;

Daily maid service of 4hrs (except on Sundays).

Daily breakfast service of approximately one hour (except on Sundays), to be arranged between 08:00 and 10:30hrs. The maid will bring fresh bread, croissants and focaccia, lay the table and clean the kitchen after breakfast. Coffee, milk and other food is not provided and needs to be purchased by the guests.

Electricity, gas for hot water and kitchen, and water.

First supply of detergents and soaps

Pool towels, change of bed linen every week, change of towels twice a week.

The swimming pool is open 8 April – 15 October.

There is a washing machine & tumble drier, but this is for the maid’s use only.

There is WIFI throughout the property.

There is Air conditioning/Heating throughout the property.

The owners also request that the villa is strictly non smoking
