Accommodating up to 16 persons, Villa Federica offers 4 apartments and 2 independent suites (8 bedrooms), a hot tub and sauna room, plus the wonderful swimming pool, affording panoramic views.

The bright apartments and suites are finely equipped and each has its private outdoor space.

The impressive medieval Tower has been restored with highest attention to detail, to preserve its architectonical origins.

The location enjoys an incredible 360° panoramic view over the surrounding valley, vineyards and olive groves. Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany.

Upon request the guests can get breakfast, lunch and dinners at the panoramic outdoor terrace or in the lovely barn.

Apartment 2 - Ground Floor

dining table with 2 chairs, sofa. This apartment can be easily joined

with the 2 separate suites – see below - and turns into a comfortable apartment for 6 persons.

Apartment 3 - First Floor

Apartment 4 - First floor

Apartment 1 Ground Floor - 1 double bedroom (cannot be converted into twin beds) with exit to garden, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, 1 shower room.

Apartment 2 Ground Floor - 1 double bedroom (cannot be converted into twin beds), exit to the garden, en-suite shower room.

Apartment 3 First Floor - 2 double bedrooms (cannot be converted into twin beds), each with en-suite shower room.

Apartment 4 Second floor: 1 double bedroom (cannot be converted into twin beds), with en-suite shower room. Third Floor: 1 bedroom with four-poster bed (cannot be converted into twin beds), with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Separate Suites:

First Floor (accessed via internal and external staircase);

2 double Bedrooms (cannot be converted into twin beds), each with en-suite bathrooms:

one bedroom with shower and bathtub, one bedroom with shower.

(These two rooms are above apartment 2 on the ground floor and can be easily connected to a comfortable 3 bedroom apartment).

Welcome basket with basic products (oil, pasta, wine, butter, bread, detergents, soaps, etc.).

Use of the spa (sauna and hot tub), use of laundry room.

Please note- There is a local tourist tax for villas and apartments, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
