Every time of the year is worth a visit to Chianti, the hilly postcard landscape in Tuscany, world famous for its picturesque landscapes and excellent wines.

This villa belongs to a charming and fine wine estate near to the little town of Radda in Chianti and overlooks its own vineyards and olive groves.

A century old-farmhouse, it has been lovingly renovated and brought up to date with all contemporary technology, furnishings and comforts, whilst at the same time respecting the historical characteristics and the original materials of the traditional Chianti-farmhouses. An eclectic mix of rustic and modern styles.

The villa enjoys archways, vaulted ceilings, irregular stone walls and large windows which give light and views onto the surrounding hills mirroring the aim to create an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity.

The villa offers five bedrooms (all en-suite), spacious interiors, a lovely swimming pool, a gym, several outdoor dining areas, a playground for children and the special outdoor area with a summer kitchen, with pizza oven, and an “al fresco” dining area.

Note – Villa Radda is located within a fine working winery with organic production, but it is separated from the ongoing works, and tours and tastings are possible.

Location

Radda in Chianti (2 km). In Radda there are shops, restaurants, supermarket, banks and a pharmacy. On Saturdays, there is the open air market in Radda. Train station Montevarchi 20kms. Siena 35 min, Airport Florence 1,5 hours.
