Overview

The Quatro Irmaos Apartments are a delightful small complex of eight two bedroom apartments located near to the beach in the charming resort of Olhos d'Agua. Olhos d'Agua is a friendly seaside resort with a good atmosphere, situated along the coast from Albufeira. The apartments are located in the centre of the resort, and there are lots of restaurants, family bars, shops and a supermarket all within close walking distance. The Quatro Irmaos Apartments are from the same family as our magnificent villas Pedras, Mirante One and Mirante Two. There are eight apartments on the complex, four apartments are on the first floor which each have a private rooftop terace/ solarium; and four apartments on the ground floor of the complex.

Two of the ground floor apartments are situated by the communal pool with a private terrace area; and the other two ground floor apartments have a private garden area with a grass lawn. When booking, please specify your preference of apartment type.

Subject to availability, all eight apartments can be booked at the same time for larger groups of families and friends- providing 16 bedrooms in total. This option needs to be booked well in advance as the apartments do sell quickly, particularly for the peak months. Large groups of young men and women are unfortunately not allowed at the Quatro Irmaos apartments, this is a complex for families.

Living Areas

The apartments have Wi-fi Internet connection, are air conditioned throughout and consist of an open plan kitchen and living/dining room, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

The kitchen is furnished with a breakfast bar and equipped with a fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, electric hobs and microwave. There is an iron and ironing board in the apartment, and the living room has a sofa bed and television with satellite and freeview channels. From the living room, double patio doors lead to the terrace, and for those apartments on the first floor there is a staircase leading to the private roof top solarium from each 1st floor balcony.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double bedroom, and bedroom two is a twin bedroom. The bedrooms utilise the shared bathroom which has a bathtub with shower over.

Outside Space

The extensive 'L' shaped communal swimming pool is surrounded by smart wooden decking and sunloungers. The pool measures 0.70 metres in depth at the shallow end and 2.00 metres at the deep end. There is a reception with shaded sitting area outside and a luggage room and shower room available for use on check-out day.

Location

The apartments are located just 50 metres from the nearest supermarket and the beach can be reached via a flight of 56 steps and a sloping road along which there is a great selection of local restaurants and bars. The resort of Olhos d'Agua also has shops, banks, a pharmacy and a local bus service that runs regularly to Albufeira.

Once per week with change of towels (Minimum Stays of 5 Nights)

Two week bookings get a midweek clean (x2), towel change and linen (x1).

An extra weekly cleaning service, where your apartment will be cleaned daily except for Sundays, is available for a supplemental charge.

Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am.

The apartments can accommodate max 5 persons, (4 persons in the rooms plus 1 person using the sofa bed in the living room) and 1 infant (cot inside the double bedroom).
