Overview

Casa Colonia is a beautiful two bedroom villa of the highest quality from Shantivillas. With stunning sea views, guests staying at the villa will enjoy peace and privacy, whilst benefitting from a superb location close to the beach and the centre of the delightful coastal resort of Olhos d'Agua.

Including the usual premium level of Shantivillas service - maid service 6 days per week and midweek linen change - and excellent facilities such as Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout (which are included in the rental rates) and pool heating (weekly supplement applies). Cots, highchairs and baby buggies are all available upon request and are free of charge also.

Living Areas

Open plan air conditioned living/dining room and kitchen. The living area is furnished with an L-shaped sofa and dining table with seating for eight persons and the patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace. For entertainment there is the Wi-fi internet and the flat screen TV with international cable channels, which includes a selection of English language channels. The living/dining area is serviced by the social bathroom.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard, with appliances including the fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, 4 x electric hobs, oven and extractor. The washing machine and the tumble dryer are housed in the adjacent utility cupboard.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one has twin beds; split unit air conditioning; double wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with shower unit. Bedroom two has a double bed; split unit air conditioning; double wardrobes with safe; patio doors leading to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower unit.

Outside Space

Casa Colonia's private swimming pool measures approximately 7 metres x 3.5 metres with ladder entry and it can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The poolside terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers; and next to the pool area is the exterior dining terrace, with table and seating for 6 persons and sea views- a lovely setting to enjoy al-fresco meals freshly cooked on the charcoal BBQ. From this level of the property, steps lead up to the jewel in Casa Colonia's crown- the spacious and private roof terrace which is comfortably furnished and benefits from spectacular ocean views.

Off-road parking is available on the villa driveway, protected by the electric entry gates.

Location

Olhos d'Agua is a delightful coastal resort with a beach and a good range of restaurants and bars to choose from. The town of Albufeira is only a short drive or bus route along the coast, and the nine hole golf courses at Balaia and Pine Cliffs are close by. Vilamoura is also only a short driving distance away.

Casa Colonia is located within a few minutes’ walk from the beach and all facilities such as golf courses, restaurants, bars, shopping centres and supermarkets are all either within short driving distance or within closer walking distance.

Other Items

Included in the price of the villa rental is the maid service twice per week (not on Sundays or local bank holidays); towel service- changed midweek and bed linen changed weekly. Pool towels and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
