The beach is accessed from the villa, via a paved footpath that leads directly to a beach bar / restaurant, which is only a 2 to 3 minute walk.

You enter the villa on the 1st floor of the property, which comprises of the following- an entrance hall leading to lounge / dining room with digital satellite TV and DVD player. The patio doors on the 1st floor lead out to a large balcony, which has lovely sea and beach views and steps down to the pool terrace area.

Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room, and patIo doors to balcony.

The 2nd floor of the property consists of a laundry room with washing machine, and door leading to the roof sun terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

From the first floor you head downstairs to 2 x twin bedrooms, both with patio doors leading onto pool terrace; a shower room and a bathroom with a full sized bath with shower over. On the second floor of the villa is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower unit and spectacular views!

On the upper level of the villa are two additional double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

Outside Space

The patio doors on the 1st floor lead out to a large balcony, which has lovely sea and beach views and steps down to the pool terrace area.

The swimming pool can be heated (this is available as an optional extra at a weekly charge). The pool, which measures 8 metres x 4 metres, is surrounded by terraces with 6 quality sunbeds and a brick built BBQ, poolside shower and a pool bathroom with shower. To the side of the villa there is a spacious lawned area of approx 130 square metres. The whole property is totally enclosed by walls and a gate.

Location

There are many amenities very close including a mini market and a good selection of bars and restaurants. Albufeira town is just 2kms, approx 30 minutes walk, but only about 15 minutes if you walk along the beach. The villa is located within a private cul de sac.

The villa is fully air conditioned in the lounge and all the bedrooms. There is a safe.

The villa can sleep an additional child for a extra charge of £100 per week. Maid service is two times weekly. Smoking is not permitted within the villa. The villa offers pool towels and a hair dryer.

The villa offers table tennis.
