Overview

We are proud to exclusively represent Casa Tranquilidade, a beautiful four bedroom villa centrally located in the popular coastal town of Olhos d'Agua, within close walking distance of a range of amenities and the local beach. A short driving distance along the coast takes you to the bustling resorts of Albufeira and Vilamoura. The property has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and sleeps eight persons and has air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet throughout included in the rental rates. Living Areas

Lovely spacious open plan air conditioned living and dining room with a large flat screen TV with local Meo channels and an IPTV box with UK freeview channels; Wi-fi internet provided by Meo; comfy sofa seating; and a dining area. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace and there is a guest cloakroom on this level of the property.

The kitchen is equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer; gas hobs; oven; toaster; kettle; coffee maker; microwave; filter coffee maker; juicer and dishwasher. Separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the property and are serviced by the shared family bathroom situated on this level. Bedroom one has twin beds, split unit a/c and doors to the poolside terrace. Bedroom two has a double bed, split unit a/c, and doors to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the property. Bedroom three has a double bed, split unit a/c, an en suite bathroom with shower unit and doors to a terrace with sun lounger.

Bedroom four is the master suite, complete with a double bed, split unit a/c, double wardrobes with safe, doors to the terrace that overlooks the pool and is furnished with a sun lounger and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit.

Outside Space

Off road parking is available on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates. The private swimming pool is freeform in shape and measures approximately 10 metres x 4.5 metres with steps entry. The mid level of the pool is 1.50 metres and the deep end of the pool is 2.00 metres in depth. For the kids, there is a small slide into the pool.

The poolside terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers and there is a shaded terrace area with dining table and seating for 8 persons- perfect for those al-fresco family meals freshly cooked on the charcoal BBQ. Next to the poolside terrace there is a comfy seating area, a grass lawn area and a drying area with clothes line.

Location

Within close walking distance of the superbly located Casa Tranquilidade you will find a selection of restaurants and eateries and also the local supermarket. A slightly longer stroll will take you into the centre of Olhos d'Agua, a road down to the lovely local beach that is full of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.

Olhos d'Agua is a picturesque coastal town, centrally situated between the bustling resorts of Albufeira to the west and Vilamoura to the east, both of which can be easily reached either by driving a hire car, a taxi or the local bus routes. In addition to a wide range of leisure and recreational activities available in the local area there are also two nine hole par three golf courses nearby at Balaia and at the Pone Cliffs resort in Acoteias, which is located between Olhos d'Agua and Vilamoura. So there is plenty to do here on your family holiday!
