Overview

Villa Eska is a truly magnificent, modern 5 bedroom villa of the highest quality- centrally located within the famous village of Olhos d'Agua. This striking property is an oasis of tranquillity and has a fabulous large heated private pool which can be fitted with safety fencing upon request, and an additional heated children's pool.

Eska offers a high standard of décor and furnishings throughout with an outstanding design that will appeal to everyone. With large open spaces, comfortable rooms and one of the best locations in Olhos de Água, this villa makes a most attractive vacation choice. Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout are included in the rental rate.

Throughout the year the villa can be rented as a three, four or five bedroom villa depending on the required occupancy, apart from during the months of July and August when only the five bedroom rate is applicable.

For larger groups, this villa is located next door to Villa Milho, another beautiful five bedroom villa. A gateway entrance that directly connects the two villas will be opened if they are booked together, otherwise this is kept closed.

Living Areas

Spacious living room furnished with comfortable seating and complete with a flat screen TV with satellite channels; DVD player; PlayStation 3; sound system with CD player, USB and Bluetooth; and Wi-Fi internet. Additional 'winter garden' seating and relaxation area with glass window ceiling and retracting electric canopy, and separate air conditioned dining room.

The extensive air conditioned kitchen is an absolute delight- fully equipped to a high standard with appliances including a microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, electric hobs, oven and Dolce Gusto coffee maker & a filter coffee machine.. Breakfast bar and breakfast table. The washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board live in the separate laundry/utility room.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All of the bedrooms in Villa Eska are air conditioned, are equipped with a flat screen TV and are en suite. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the property. Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom and doors to the side garden. Bedroom two has a double bed, an en suite shower room and doors to the shaded terrace overlooking the pool. Bedroom three has a double bed, a dressing area, sitting area with a sofa bed suitable for a child (upon request only, extra bed supplement applies), en suite bathroom with shower and doors to the terrace overlooking the pool. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Bedrooms four and five are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom four is the master suite, complete with dressing area, safe, en suite bathroom with a shower unit typical of he Alentejo region of Portugal, a separate sitting area with TV and doors to the terrace with pool and sea views with electric canopy for shading.

Bedroom five has twin beds together to make a double- although these can be separated to make twins upon request, a dressing area, an en suite bathroom and doors to a lovely shaded terrace with sea views.

Outside Space

Villa Eska benefits from a superb large shaded exterior dining terrace, a charcoal BBQ and food preparation area and additional terrace space with table football table and comfy seating- perfect for relaxation. The private pool measures approximately 12 x 5 metres with steps entry and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Pool fencing is available free of charge upon request at the time of booking. Separate children's pool which can also be heated, there will be an additional charge. Lawn garden surrounds. Exterior games room with TV, DVD, sitting area, children's table and chairs and pool table. Plenty of space for parking on the villa forecourt and garage. Electric entry gates and camera entry system.

Location

Olhos d'Agua is a delightful coastal resort with a beach and a good range of restaurants and bars to choose from. The town of Albufeira is only a short drive or bus route along the coast, and the nine hole golf courses at Balaia and Pine Cliffs are close by. Vilamoura is also only a short driving distance away.

Villa Eska is located within a few minutes’ walk from the beach and all facilities such as golf courses, restaurants, bars, shopping centres and supermarkets are all either within short driving distance or within closer walking distance.

Please note internet connection and the 1st highchair will be included free of charge! Pool safety fencing is available free of charge for the adult pool but must be requested at the time of booking.

The maximum duration of stay available at this villa is 14 nights.

As an extra service for this villa, if on any day you don't feel like cooking or going out to a restaurant then there is a take away and home delivery service available for this property. Choose from the menus of two excellent local Portuguese restaurants and the food will be delivered to your doorstep by the house management company (local service charge applies).

If children aged 10 or younger are staying at the property, pool fencing will be installed by default. If you have children 10 or younger and would not like this, please inform us upon booking.
