Quinta das Fresias is a lovely retreat just a short drive from the beaches and amenities of Benagil and Carvoeiro. Living Areas

A long driveway leads you up to the property. Inside, the air-conditioned lounge and kitchen area are bright and spacious, featuring a comfortable sitting area with large sofas and a dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and four stools, a wine fridge, American-style fridge, pot-filler, double sink, combi oven and microwave and a Nespresso machine. A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, where guests can enjoy a seating area with views to the sea and over the surrounding area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa has two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, both with air conditioning and access to the courtyard and driveway. A bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower serves these rooms. Then there is the master bedroom which features a king-sized double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a bath, and a walk-in shower. This room opens onto a terrace and a dining area with decking that leads directly to the pool.

The lower level of the villa includes a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and sink, as well as a large walk-in shower room. There is also a comfortable TV room with large sofas, a wall-mounted smart TV offering a wide range of English channels, a selection of board games, and a small kitchen area equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, kettle, toaster, oven, and dishwasher. A double bedroom with air conditioning and patio doors completes this level.

Outside Space

Outside, Quinta das Fresias invites guests to embrace a lifestyle of easy, indulgent outdoor living. The expansive 11m x 6m saltwater pool, which can be heated on request and is bordered by eight comfortable sunbeds, three parasols, and a pair of hanging relaxation chairs . Nearby, there is an exterior shower and there is a private sauna house, table tennis, and pétanque court which offers you a blend of leisure and fun for all ages.

Last but not least is the superb covered dining area, designed for al-fresco meals and effortless entertaining, complete with a sink, fridge, gas barbecue, and a Kamado Joe smoker, perfect for slow-cooked holiday feasts shared with family and friends.

Location

Quinta das Fresias offers a serene and private setting, yet it is only a short distance from the lively coastal town of Carvoeiro, a resort which offers a charming ambience, with its cobbled streets, traditional houses, and picturesque coastline. The village is home to an array of restaurants, cafes, and shops, the lovely beach is just a few minutes drive, and on the way you will pass numerous bars, shops, restaurants and the renowned town square where you have a variety of options at your disposal, including Portuguese, seafood and international restaurants; a tapas bar; a lively and bustling cafe; an ice cream parlour and much more. Carvoeiro beach is one of the Algarve's finest- set in a beautiful bay with golden sands and the famous and distinctive cliffs in the background.

Rates include a maid cleaning service midweek and weekly, bathroom towel changes midweek and weekly, and bed linen change once per week. Pool towels, hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
