This two bed roomed linked villa with its own private entrance and off road parking is located in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago, one of the most exclusive resorts in Europe, Encosta do Lago is the perfect family holiday destination, situated close to the golden sandy beaches of the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve and just 5 minutes walk from the lake, where there is a restaurant and a watersports centre. Living Areas

The lounge with split unit air conditioning, a flat screen TV showing many cable channels including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. Patio doors lead to the outside terrace. The dining area has a table with seating for six people, patio doors open onto the garden. The fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a large fridge freezer, microwave, oven and four electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher, juicer, toaster, coffee machine and a kettle. There is also guest cloakroom. The laundry room which includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, a dressing table and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom two is a double bedroom with a TV showing many cable channels including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports, split unit air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with double vanities, hairdryer ad a shower unit. Patio doors opening onto the garden.

Outside Space

The top floor apartments benefit from a spacious balcony, There is a dining table with chairs to enjoy Al-Freso meals.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre where you will find designer boutiques and eateries. The airport at Faro is only a 25 minute drive away.

Encosta do Lago is located just 5 minutes walk from the Quinta do Lago lake where there is a restaurant and a water sports centre, and the beach is a 20 minute walk away. All within close driving distance are a selection of internationally renowned golf courses- Laranjal, Quinta do Lago North and South, San Lorenzo and Pinheiros Altos.
