Living Areas

Inside, the villa has a bright, open-plan layout that feels airy and welcoming. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including electric oven, ceramic hob, built-in microwave, dishwasher, two coffee machines,plus there’s a separate utility room with a fridge/freezer and ice maker. The comfy lounge area has big sofas and opens right onto a sunny terrace with shaded seating and dining. Thanks to the large windows, natural light fills the space and gives you gorgeous views of the countryside and even glimpses of the sea. You will also find Wi-Fi throughout, four TVs (including a smart TV for your streaming needs), a cool hanging chair, and a window seat for reading or relaxing.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The ground floor features two double bedrooms with air conditioning and patio access. One includes a private en-suite with a walk-in shower and direct outdoor access, while the second is served by a stylish shower room. Upstairs, the master suite includes a double bed, en-suite shower room, a cosy seating area, a desk, and sweeping sea views. An additional double bedroom with en-suite and air conditioning is also located on this floor.

Outside Space

The outdoor area has been thoughtfully designed for both leisure and entertainment. A large private swimming pool (9m x 5m, with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.30m) and there are eight sun loungers, a day bed, and an exterior shower.

The shaded terrace provides a perfect space for outdoor dining, complete with a charcoal barbecue and a fire pit for cooler evenings.There are plenty of outdoor seating and dining areas throughout the grounds allowing guests to relax and socialise in comfort. Landscaped gardens filled with Mediterranean plants and a rockery enhance the relaxing ambience. For those seeking a bit of activity, the villa also features facilities for volleyball, pétanque (boules), and basketball, all within the spacious grounds. A second staircase leads to the rooftop, where there are fabulous far reaching sea and countryside views.
