Situated in one of the most sought-after natural locations along the Meia Praia / Lagos coastline, adjacent to the Palmares Golf Course, Casa Amigavel provides breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean from its spacious and opulent design. Designed to prioritize relaxation, this property offers multiple serene areas where guests can unwind and immerse themselves in the awe-inspiring surroundings.

Casa Amigavel is designed to make the most of each season, with an internal courtyard providing privacy, shade, and a social area complete with table tennis table for guests.

The villa spans a single level, divided into two main areas known as the west and east wings divided by a beautifully located courtyard. Whether dining al fresco or unwinding in the hammock or hanging chairs, this space comfortably supports guests throughout the year.

The expansive open-concept space features an appealing living and dining area, complete with a fully furnished kitchen, ensuring that your group has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Delight in the breath-taking vistas of the coastline and the mesmerizing evening sunset as you savour a bottle of local wine from the generously stocked wine fridge.

The west wing, easily accessible and offering captivating views from every window, features a secluded master bedroom with a generously sized bathroom and a free-standing bathtub. Two additional double en suite bedrooms in this wing boast ocean views and direct access to the terrace, heated infinity pool, and the expansive ocean beyond.

The light-filled living and dining areas in the west wing are thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities one could desire, including heated floors, air-conditioning, and tempered glass windows. Connected by a sleek micro cement corridor, the east wing comprises three more rooms. This includes two twin en suite bedrooms with doors leading to the internal courtyard, as well as a dedicated chill-out space featuring a 65-inch TV with surround sound speakers and comfortable reclining seating for ultimate relaxation.

Living Areas

The villa features a Smart home technology system for the lighting, music and heating. The spacious and stylish main open plan living area is complete with a wall mounted 65'' flat screen TV with IPTV channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. Gas fire and comfortable sofa seating. Beautiful dining table with panoramic views and seating for 10 persons. Kitchen fully equipped with appliances including 2 x dishwashers; large fridge and fridge freezer with ice maker; conventional oven; combi-oven and microwave; steam oven; sandwich toaster; Nespresso coffee machine; toaster; induction hobs and the wine chiller with the selection of wines available in the honesty bar. Separate utility room with washing machine; tumble dryer and iron and ironing board.

The TV room on the east wing is complete with a flat screen smart TV, please bring your own log-in codes for Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. There is also an additional guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Casa Amigavel sleeps 10 guests and has five en suite bedrooms. Bedrooms one and two are on the east wing of the villa, and these are both twin bedrooms with en suite shower rooms.

Bedrooms three, four and five are on the west wing of the villa. Bedrooms three and four are double rooms with king size beds, doors to the poolside terrace, ocean views and en suite shower rooms. Bedroom five is the master double suite, with super king double bed, stunning ocean views, doors to the poolside terrace, fireplace and en suite bathroom with shower unit and free standing bath tub.

Outside Space

The villa's meticulously maintained gardens showcase native Algarve plants, complementing the 18-metre long heated infinity pool (pool heating is available for a weekly supplemental charge) and the shaded al-fresco gas BBQ dining area, all just a few steps away from the main living areas. The 18 metre long pool includes a 4 metre long shallow section. There is also a fire pit with ample seating for guests to enjoy the stunning location and relax. For a truly indulgent experience, Casa Amigavel features a hot tub deck, offering the perfect spot to enjoy a sunset drink while savouring uninterrupted views of the Atlantic. Additionally, an upper roof terrace provides panoramic vistas of the coastal line, making it an ideal setting for witnessing mesmerizing sunsets. Garage and off road parking for up to 5 vehicles.

Due to the unique contemporary design of the villa, Casa Amigavel is a family friendly villa however guests must ensure that young children are supervised at all times.
