Located next to the Clubhouse and overlooking the 18th fairway of the North Course with views towards the Atlantic Ocean, the new Clubhouse Residences provide the comforts of modern living where every element has been carefully considered, including their own heated pool and gymnasium facilities. With a range of one, two or three-bedroom options, each property offers en-suite bathrooms, fully fitted and equipped kitchens and balconies for outdoor living.

Maximum occupancy:-

The Clubhouse Residences can be used as 1, 2 or 3 bedroom properties. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults (for the 1 bedroom villa rate), 4 adults (for the 2 bedroom villa rate) or 6 adults (for the 3 bedroom villa rate) or a combination of adults and children that does not exceed 2 adults and 1 child in a cot per bedroom.

The facilities at the Club residences include a large heated swimming pool and a children's pool, two outside showers, male & female saunas, changing rooms & a gymnasium with a running machine, free weights, cross trainer, rowing machine, cycling machine, chest press, multi trainer, two AC leg machines and a wall mounted flat screen TV.

Also at the heart of O Miradouro village, the Veranda complex features 2 HEATED outdoor swimming pools (adults and children pool), 2 tennis courts (local charge applies), a restaurant and a bar, a gymnasium, a sauna, a steam bath, a relaxation room and a treatment room.

Monte Rei is set in over 1000 acres in the Eastern Algarve, between Vila Real de Santo António and Tavira. Approximately 30 minutes from Faro airport, with Seville just over a one hour drive away.

Enjoying a Mediterranean climate, the Eastern region of the Algarve has a lot to offer visitors- sunny beaches, a unique gastronomy, a rich history legacy and idyllic nature areas are all features which make the region an unforgettable destination. The delightful town of Tavira, located only 10 minutes from Monte Rei Resort, features fine examples of Roman architecture as well as traditional Portuguese buildings. The scenic fishing port of Vila Real de Santo Antonio, situated at the mouth of the River Guadiana and its 18th century town centre are also interesting examples of the region's heritage. Both towns offer amongst many pleasures a choice of appealing restaurants serving irresistable selections of local fish.

The Ria Formosa Nature Park and the national forest of Vila Real de Santo Antonio are wonderful places for long walks, bicycle tours or bird watching, allowing the visitor to observe the local fauna and flora and enjoy moments of pure relaxation. This is the ideal base from which to explore the Algarve that few tourists ever see and with Seville just a short drive away, even venture into neighbouring Spain.
