Apartment Cumin is a bright, modern and spacious top of the range product. This split level, three bedroom first floor apartment is located in the heart of Sao Lourenco village and is south west facing thus enjoying the afternoon sunshine. This immaculate apartment is ideal getaway for families and friends alike. Fibre optic Wi-fi internet and air conditioning are provided free of charge throughout your stay. This apartment is situated on the first floor and is accessed via a flight of stairs.

Living Areas

Bright and spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a Dulce Gusto coffee machine, four slice toaster, kettle, extractor, four electric hobs, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, fridge freezer, juicer, washing machine and a dishwasher.

The lounge and dining area are furnished with comfortable sofa seating, a large wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, a dining table with seating for six people. Patio doors open directly onto the balcony with landscaped garden views.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level is bedroom one which is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open directly onto a balcony overlooking the golf course.

Outside Space

The balcony off the lounge is furnished with a table and seating for four people with views over the communal landscaped gardens. Gas BBQ for al-fresco dining.

The Sao Lourenco Village is a very relaxing and peaceful resort located in the heart of Quinta do Lago, bordering the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Here you are in the beautiful surrounds of the Sao Lourenco Golf Course, landscaped gardens, and the lake. The Village's luxury apartments are ideal for those interested in enjoying a stylish outdoor life in luxurious surroundings, whilst only being a 25 minute drive away from Faro Airport.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Rates include maid service - for stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change. Pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Guests are able to pre-book tennis at the São Lourenço reception office, a 10.00€ is required as a deposit and once the rackets and balls are returned, the deposit is refunded. Guests also have use of the communal pool. Mini golf, clubs and balls can be collected from Sao Lourenco receptions for a deposit of 10€ and will be refunded upon return of the items.
