Living Areas

The spacious open plan lounge and dining room are furnished with 2 'L' shaped comfy sofas, split unit air conditioning, a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of international cable channels including some English language channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). There is also a conveniently positioned dining table with seating for four people located here. Patio doors open directly onto a balcony with views overlooking the communal landscaped gardens and neighbouring golf course.

The modern kitchen features a breakfast bar with two stools and is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay, including a fridge freezer, four electric hobs, extractor, electric oven & grill, a microwave, a toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, a juicer, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room (0.90m x 2m beds) with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and use of the separate shower room.

Bedroom two is a double room (1.80m x 2m bed) with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and double vanities.

Outside Space

The balcony off the lounge has views overlooking landscaped gardens and golf course and is furnished with a table and four chairs, and a parasol.

For stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towel change. For stays of over 7 nights, the rates include a weekly changeover clean, a bathroom towel change, and a bedroom linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Guests are able to pre-book tennis at the São Lourenço reception office; a 10.00€ deposit is required, and once the rackets and balls are returned, the deposit is refunded. Guests also have use of the communal pool. Mini golf is available, and golf clubs and balls can be collected from the Sao Lourenco reception for a deposit of 10€, and will be refunded upon return of the items.
