Apartment Peony is a charming one-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex apartment bathed in natural light, offering home-from-home comforts & tranquility. Located on the first floor of the exclusive São Lourenço private condominium in Quinta do Lago, in the heart of the Algarve. Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

From the entrance, a short flight of steps takes you up to the main living space. Here you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need during your stay, including a washing machine, electric oven, four hobs, extractor fan, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, microwave, and a juicer. There’s also a handy serving hatch that opens through to the dining area.

The open plan living and dining area is bright and comfortable, with cozy sofa seating and a flat-screen TV offering a wide range of English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports. The dining area has a table and chairs for four, and the patio doors lead out to a lovely balcony where you can unwind and enjoy the beautiful views over the lake.

This level also features a second bathroom with a walk-in shower for added convenience.

As you enter the apartment, the double bedroom suite sits to the left. It features fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and its own en-suite bathroom.

Outside Space

From the living area, patio doors open onto a private balcony which overlooks the lake and is furnished with a table and four chairs.

For stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towel change. For stays of over 7 nights, the rates include a weekly changeover clean, a bathroom towel change, and a bedroom linen change. Pool towels, a hairdryer, and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Guests are able to pre-book tennis at the São Lourenço reception office; a 10.00€ deposit is required, and once the rackets and balls are returned, the deposit is refunded. Guests also have use of the communal pool. Mini golf, clubs, and balls can be collected from Sao Lourenco receptions for a deposit of 10€ and will be refunded upon return of the items.
