Overview

We are very proud to exclusively represent Villa Jessica, a superb four bedroom villa with private heated pool that has been magnificently refurbished to a premium standard. The villa is situated in the Quinta das Salinas development, which is centrally located between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. With Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout, both included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Enter into the main foyer with guest cloakroom. The kitchen, dining area and lounge are open plan, creating a lovely spacious living area. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with appliances including an electric oven and grill, induction hob with four rings, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine & a wine cooler. Patio doors open onto the partially covered terrace and exterior dining area. Next door to the kitchen, the utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, a large American fridge freezer and a microwave.

The dining area has a table with seating for eight people. The lounge area has split unit air conditioning, ample comfy sofa seating and a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. Triple patio doors open onto the poolside and garden terraces.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto the garden.

Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto the pool side terrace.

Upstairs to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a balcony overlooking the pool.

Bedroom four is the master double suite with a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports; split unit air conditioning, a safe, dressing room with plenty of wardrobe space and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto two balconies overlooking both the pool and the front of the villa.

Outside Space

The partially covered terrace is complete with a dining table with seating for 8 people, there is a charcoal BBQ to cook your al-fresco meals on, a food preparation area, a wine cooler, a table tennis table for those family holiday tournaments, 10 sunbeds & a parasol. There is plenty of comfy rattan furniture to relax on. The pool measures approximately 10m x 5m and has steps entry and an electric pool cover. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.

Location

Quinta das Salinas is a beautiful area located between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo so is therefore in a great central position in which to explore the local area- the Quinta do Lago lake and the Ancao Beach (where you will find the renowned 2 Passos restaurant) are within 10 minutes walking distance.

Rates include a maid cleaning service midweek and weekly; bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly and bed linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
