Apartment Anika is a top of the range, beautifully renovated ground floor three bedroom apartment with private pool located within the prestigious Encosta do Lago resort in Quinta do Lago. Finished to an exceptional standard, this very spacious and stylish property offers the perfect setting for a relaxing luxurious Algarve escape.
Guests can also enjoy access to the resort’s superb facilities including a large communal swimming pool, recently refurbished gymnasium, two floodlit tennis courts and the highly regarded Tucanos Restaurant. Living Areas
Double patio doors open into a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area with air conditioning throughout. The dining area features a large table and six chairs with direct access to the pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
The air conditioned lounge is comfortably furnished with generous sofas and armchairs, a glass coffee table and modern décor. A large Smart TV offers a wide selection of English-language channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (Guests may log in to their own Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts).
The contemporary open plan kitchen is centered around a stylish island with breakfast bar and stools. It is fully equipped with electric hob and extractor, oven and grill, microwave, juicer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and fridge freezer. The washing machine and dryer are located downstairs in a utility area.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom One is a spacious double room with a 2.00m x 2.00m bed, split unit air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit and heated towel rail.
Bedroom Two offers a double bed measuring 1.60m x 2.00m, split-unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and heated towel rail.
Steps from the entrance hallway lead to the lower ground floor level bedroom three which is an air conditioned twin room with 0.90m x 2.00m beds. This level also features a study/play area with large Smart TV and comfortable seating, making it ideal for families seeking additional relaxation space and privacy.
Outside Space
The outdoor area has been thoughtfully designed for relaxation and unwinding. The private rectangular swimming pool measures 8m x 4m and is framed by a small garden area and there are six sun loungers, a covered terrace with comfortable sofa seating with two chairs and a table, and a large dining table . A gas barbecue completes the space, making it perfect for al fresco dining in the Algarve sunshine.
In addition to the private pool, guests may also enjoy the resort’s large communal swimming pool, pool bar during the summer months, two floodlit tennis courts and refurbished gym facilities.
Location
Quinta do Lago is the Algarve’s most exclusive destination, renowned for its championship golf courses, pristine beaches and outstanding restaurants.
The apartment is just a five-minute walk from the Quinta do Lago lake, which offers lakeside dining and a watersports centre, and approximately a twenty-minute walk to the beach. Faro Airport is only a twenty-five-minute drive away.
Within close driving distance are internationally renowned golf courses including Laranjal Golf Course, Quinta do Lago North Course, Quinta do Lago South Course, San Lorenzo Golf Course and Pinheiros Altos Golf Course.
Other items
Rates include a maid cleaning service three times a week with a twice weekly bathroom towel change, and a weekly changeover cleaning service with linen and towel change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
Please note that the top floor above Apartment Anika is a separate apartment that is always locked (including the access staircase up to it) and this apartment is not occupied during Apartment Anika's rental period.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
