Apartment Pampas is a recently renovated, 2-bedroom ground-floor apartment, furnished and decorated to the highest standard, located within the classy resort of Encosta do Lago in Quinta do Lago. Apartment Pampas is situated in a fantastic position, within walking distance of the lake, the Campus, various renowned restaurants including 'The Shack' or 'Casa do Lago', the famous wooden boardwalk across the beautiful Ria Formosa to the beach and several other amenities within the resort.

The Encosta do Lago complex features a large communal pool, gymnasium, spa, floodlit tennis courts and a renowned local restaurant. Sun-hat clients staying at Apartment Pampas are entitled to use these facilities.

Living Areas

The spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen are of a stylish design with excellent use of light. The lounge has ample comfy sofa seating and an armchair, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels, including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (Bring your own log-in codes to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Patio doors open onto the garden. The dining area is complete with a table and seating for five. The kitchen is modern in design and well equipped with appliances including Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle, extractor, four electric hobs, fridge freezer and integrated electric oven, grill and microwave. The is a guest cloakroom near the front door.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a double room (two singles pushed together) with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, safe and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the garden.

Outside Space

Apartment Pampas has a private, spacious laid to lawn (faux grass) garden with an outdoor dining area complete with a dining table and seating for six, an electric BBQ to prepare the families al-fresco meals. There are four sun loungers to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun and further outdoor sofa and chair seating. There is a garden gate giving a short cut to the resort reception and pool. With its idyllic location, just a few steps away from the Quinta do Lago beach and lake, this beautiful and modern apartment is the perfect place for a family of four or two couples looking for some privacy and peace to relax and unwind.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre where you will find designer boutiques and eateries. The airport at Faro is only a 25 minute drive away.

Encosta do Lago is located just 5 minutes walk from the Quinta do Lago lake where there is a restaurant and a water sports centre, and the beach is a 20 minute walk away. All within close driving distance are a selection of internationally renowned golf courses- Laranjal, Quinta do Lago North and South, San Lorenzo and Pinheiros Altos.

Rates include maid service - for stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
