Overview
A magnificent luxury 6 bedroom villa featuring an indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, private gym, sauna and Turkish bath. This villa is built on an incline and is set within the prestigious Encosta do Lago resort in Quinta do Lago, it’s just 750m from the water sports at the Lake. Being situated in an elevated position, it provides fantastic views of the resort. The Shack Bar and the renowned Casa do Lago restaurant are both within easy walking distance. Guests also have access to the Encosta do Lago facilities, including tennis courts, a communal pool, snack bar, gym, sauna and Tucano's restaurant, all just a five minute walk away.
The property is built over three levels and has the benefit of an alarm, air conditioning, under floor heating, integrated music system and wireless internet throughout.
Living Areas
Large living area with full length windows on one side opening out to a wrap around terrace furnished for dining and seating, making the most of the wonderful views on offer.
The living area is furnished with three comfortable sofas and large TV with DVD player, including many International and UK channels and Sky sports. The dining area is furnished with a large table comfortably seating ten people.
Adjacent to the living room is the modern kitchen fully fitted with a central island containing a double oven, gas and electric hob and grill, two American style fridge freezers, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.
On the lower level of the villa is the laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer; Large, double garage with two extra fridges; Shower room; Turkish bath (supplements apply) and a sauna. A gym with a good selection of equipment and TV; Indoor heated pool (included in rental rates) and games room with table tennis and football table. Full length windows open out giving direct access to the outdoor pool and garden area.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom one is the Master bedroom with king size bed, TV with DVD, dressing area and luxury en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle. Full length windows slide open to a private terrace with fabulous views over the resort.
Bedroom two is a twin room with TV and DVD and en suite bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. Full length windows open out to a private terrace.
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom three is a twin room with TV and DVD, a window looks out to the front entrance of this property. This bedroom has the use of a shower room situated down the hallway.
Bedroom four is a double room with TV and en suite shower room. Patio doors open out to a terrace.
Bedroom five is a twin room with TV and an en suite bathroom with overhead shower. Patio doors open out to a terrace.
Bedroom six is on the lower level of the villa and is a twin room with an en suite bathroom and overhead shower. Patio doors open up to a small courtyard providing the room with natural light.
Outside Space
The large pool measuring approximately 12m x 6m is surrounding by paving and lawns with plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the Algarve sunshine. Steps lead up to the ground floor terraces which are furnished with seating and a dining table located next to a gas barbeque.
Location
Villa Ladeira is located on the exclusive Encosta do Lago estate, just a short walk from the Quinta do Lago lake, The Shack bar, the water sports centre and the Casa do Lago restaurant. The beach is also within walking distance, taking around 15 minutes. The boutiques, bars and cafés of the Quinta Shopping Centre are a five-minute drive away, and the surrounding area offers an outstanding selection of renowned restaurants, all within a short drive.
Other Items
For stays of up to and including 7 nights, one mid-stay light clean and towel change will be provided. For stays of over 7 nights, there will be a light clean and a bed linen change, plus a towel change every 5 additional nights.
The indoor pool heating is included (please note the outdoor pool is not heat-able).
There is a supplemental fee for use of the steam room, of £350 per week.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
