Living Areas

Large living area with full length windows on one side opening out to a wrap around terrace furnished for dining and seating, making the most of the wonderful views on offer.

The living area is furnished with three comfortable sofas and large TV including English speaking channels and DVD. The dining area is set with a large table comfortably seating ten people.

Off the living room is the modern kitchen fully fitted with a central island containing a double oven, gas and electric hob and grill, two American style fridge freezers, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.

On the lower level of the villa is the laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer; Large, double garage with two extra fridges; Shower room; Turkish bath (supplements apply); Sauna; Gym with a good selection of equipment and TV; Indoor heated pool (included in rental rates) area and games room with table tennis and football table. Full length windows open out giving direct access to the outdoor pool and garden area.

Bedrooms one and two are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom one is the Master bedroom with king size bed, TV with DVD, dressing area and luxury en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle. Full length windows slide open to a private terrace with fabulous views over the resort.

Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom three is a twin room with TV and DVD, a window looks out to the front entrance of this property. This bedroom has the use of a shower room situated down the hallway.

Bedroom four is a double room with TV and en suite shower room. Patio doors open out to a terrace.

The large pool measuring approximately 12m x 6m is surrounding by paving and lawns with plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the Algarve sunshine. Steps lead up to the ground floor terraces which are furnished with seating and a dining table located next to a gas barbeque.

Location

Villa Ladeira is situated on the classy Encosta do Lago estate, within walking distance of the Quinta do Lago lake, the Shack bar, the watersports centre and Casa do Lago restaurant. The beach can also be reached on foot, this will take approximately 15 minutes. The shops, bars and cafes of the Quinta shopping centre are a 5 minute drive away, and you will find a great selection of excellent restaurants in this prestigious area, all with short driving distance.
