- Contemporary “Boffi” kitchen with lounge area and breakfast eating area for 4 people. Appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, American fridge freezer. The laundry units are located in the laundry which is just next to the garage of the property.

- Dining Room off kitchen – seats 8 comfortably.

Lower Level:

- Cinema room with large projector screen (Sky full package including sports), 4 large black leather chairs with electric reclining functions with footstools. Mini bar with sink and wine chiller cabinet.

- Games room – large sofa and pool table.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground Floor:

- 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms – one sink, bath with shower and double wardrobes.

First Floor:

- Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom – bath with separate walk-in shower & sink. Two double wardrobes, sofa, dressing table & Loewe Plasma TV.

- 5th Bedroom Room with large 2 seater sofa bed with en-suite shower room.

- Master Bedroom with double bed, sofa, 3 double wardrobes, Loewe Plasma TV and en-suite bathroom with 2 separate sinks and bath. Second bathroom with large walk-in shower and sink.

- Maid service is 3 days per week (10hrs in total) excluding weekends.

- Towel change twice per week and Linen change after 7 nights

- Food packs, cots, high chairs & fold up beds, extra maid service & babysitters can be arranged. Prices on request.

- Pool heating is available, price is on request. A deposit against damages is required £2,500.

- Pets are not permitted.

- This villa also has a pool table and the owners will let our clients use the bikes in the garage.
