Overview

Villa Marsil is a beautiful five bedroom villa with a gated entrance and off road parking on the villa forecourt. Situated close to the lake in the prestigious golfing resort of Quinta do Lago, within walking distance of the Ria Formosa nature reserve & a 15 minute walk to the beach, via the wooden pedestrian bridge (one of the longest pedestrian wooden bridges in Europe) which passes by Gigi's beach restaurant. The beach is family friendly and has a lifeguard during the summer months.

Villa Marsil is a luxurious and majestic villa. The interior is outstanding and decorated to a very high standard throughout, providing premium accommodation for your Algarve holiday. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the property is fenced for complete privacy and security. With wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout.

Living Areas

Enter into the large hallway with the well equipped modern kitchen/dining area to the right, with appliances including an American fridge freezer, coffee machine, electric oven & grill and 3 electric hobs, microwave, juicer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. An exterior laundry room houses the washing machine and dryer.

Onto the dining area which has a dining table and seating for ten persons; and the spacious open plan lounge with large patio doors leading to the pool area, complete with split unit air conditioning, comfortable seating and a wall mounted flat screen TV showing with Lazer giving a good selection of English tv channels.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor. Bedroom one is a children's room with 3 twin size bunk beds and split unit air conditioning. There is a guest cloakroom adjacent to bedroom one however guests staying in this bedroom need to use one of the other shower rooms.

Bedroom two is twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom. Patio doors open onto the terrace. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV (showing the same channels as the lounge) and an en suite bathroom. Patio doors open onto the terrace.

Upstairs to bedrooms four and five. Bedroom four is a double room (with king size bed) and fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV (showing the same channels as the lounge) and an en suite bathroom with double vanities, bath and a separate shower unit. Patio doors open onto a private balcony.

Bedroom five is the master double suite (with king size bed) and with fitted wardrobes, a dressing area, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with a spiral staircase going to the roof terrace which has fantastic views of the Ria Formosa.

Outside Space

At Villa Marsil a table tennis table is provided for your enjoyment. There is a large covered area with a table and chairs, hammock and a hanging seat. There is a further covered dining area with table and seating for 10, a gas BBQ & gas hobs, comfortable seating, food preparation area with a sink and a fridge. Steps lead down to the pool which measures 8 metres x 4 metres. The lovely garden is laid to lawn and is very private.

Villa Marsil is situated near the 6th roundabout of the resort of Quinta do Lago and within walking distance to the lake and a 15 minute walk to the beach via the wooden bridge (one of the longest pedestrian wooden bridges in Europe) across the Ria Formosa nature reserve. The beach is family friendly and has a lifeguard during the summer months.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

All linen and towels including separate beach and pool towels are provided and changed once per week or more frequently upon request. Maid service is included Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays (3 hours per day max). A safe and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
