Overview

Villa Glenda is a spacious four bedroom villa of traditional design located in the prestigious golfing resort of Quinta do Lago. Situated on a large plot in the exclusive area of Parque Atlantico with extensive lawn gardens and private pool. Air conditioning and wi-fi internet are included in the rental rates and all bedrooms are en suite.

Living Areas

Large living room with comfy sofas, fireplace, split unit a/c, flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV & Sky Sports, wi-fi internet and doors to the poolside terrace. Air conditioned dining room with table and seating for 8 persons.

Fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric hobs x 4, American style fridge freezer with ice maker, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is also an office area on the first floor landing.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds, split a/c, patio doors to the side terrace and an en suite bathroom with double vanities.

Bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c, doors to the side terrace and an en suite shower room with double vanities. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has a double bed, split unit a/c, wall mounted TV, patio doors to the first floor terrace and an en suite bathroom with double vanities.

Bedroom four has a double bed, split unit a/c, patio doors to the terrace and an en suite shower room with double vanities.

Outside Space

Villa Glenda benefits from a large plot with extensive lawn gardens and private pool which measures approximately 12 x 6 metres with steps entry. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and next to the pool is the integrated charcoal BBQ with food preparation area.

Views of the pool and gardens can be enjoyed from the first floor terrace and from here steps lead up to the roof terrace and down to the poolside terrace. There is plenty of space for parking on the villa forecourt.

Location

The villa is 25/30 minutes walking distance to the Quinta do Lago beach and the lovely Ria Formosa estuary and nature reserve. Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.
