Overview

Villa Blossom is a large, premium quality five bedroom villa situated in the Parque Atlantico area of Quinta do Lago, close to the Sao Lourenco golf course. With a large heated swimming pool and views of the nearby golf course, this beautiful villa offers privacy and luxury in idyllic surroundings.

Living Areas

The entrance hall leads down via two steps to the spacious living room, comfortably furnished with sofas and with patio doors leading to the terrace. There is a separate dining room with seating for 8 persons and next to the kitchen is the snug room, with split a/c and a TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV.

The kitchen offers every comfort to its guests and is fully equipped with appliances including a microwave, oven, toaster, fridge freezer, gas hobs, dishwasher, Dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle and juicer. Breakfast bar with four stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room hosting an American style fridge freezer with ice maker, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board.

On the first floor of Villa Blossom there is an office area and on the lower level there is an air conditioned entertainment room that invites you to play table football or watch the English language cable channels or a blu-ray DVD on the wall mounted flat screen TV. A small gym area with cross trainer and exercise bike is also located on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground (entrance) level of the property. Bedroom one is a spacious air conditioned double bedroom, it is carpeted with a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities, bath and separate shower. Patio doors lead out to the terrace.

Bedroom two has two twin beds together, it is air conditioned bedroom with dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with bath and handheld shower and heated towel rail. Patio doors lead out to the side terrace.

On the lower garden level, bedrooms three, four, five are located, and are served by a small kitchenette (fridge, microwave and sink). Bedroom three is an air conditioned twin bedroom with ample wardrobe space with a safe. Two patio doors lead out to the garden. An en-suite bathroom with bath and shower serves this bedroom.

Bedroom four is an air conditioned twin bedded room with double wardrobe space. It has an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower and towel heater. Patio doors again lead out to the garden. Bedroom five is an air conditioned twin bedroom with double wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and towel heater.

Outside Space

Patio doors lead out from the lounge and dining room out to the terrace with golf views. From here, steps lead down to the pool area, where the swimming pool measures 12m x 6.5m approx. with an electric pool cover. The pool can be heated for a supplementary weekly charge. The gas beefeater BBQ and food preparation area make alfresco dining a must!

Internet, a safe, pool towels and hair dryers are provided for your convenience. For stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change.
