Villa Moderna is a beautiful four-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, located in the prestigious Parque Atlantico area of Quinta do Lago, just a short drive away from a variety of renowned restaurants, five exceptional golf courses, and a range of leisure activities including tennis. The fashionable Quinta shopping centre is also within easy reach, as well as some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve. Living Areas

The air conditioned and spacious living and dining area are generously furnished with a large comfortable L-shaped sofa and an armchair, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with a Sonos sound bar, showing a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, BT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime Etc), and large patio doors opening directly onto the poolside terrace. The dining area is complete with split unit air conditioning and a table with seating for eight people.

The kitchen has been freshy renovated to a premium standard and is air conditioned and well equipped. Complete with a central breakfast island and eight accompanying stools and a wall mounted curved TV showing the same channels as the lounge. Appliances include four electric hobs with a central extractor; a Nespresso coffee machine; a large fridge with a separate large freezer; dishwasher; two electric ovens, kettle; toaster; sandwich maker; juicer and wine cooler. The utility room just off the kitchen houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Also on the ground floor is an office/snug room with a flat screen TV. There is an additional guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa and is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find bedrooms two, three and four.

Bedroom two is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and use of the adjacent shower room with a walk-in shower, at the end of the corridor. Patio doors open onto a small balcony.

Bedroom three is a twin room (which can be made as a double upon prior request), with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto the small balcony shared with bedroom two.

Bedroom four is the master suite with a king-size double bed, split unit air conditioning, a dressing area and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities, a bath tub and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a large terrace overlooking the pool and gardens and furnished with two sun beds and a table and chairs.

Outside Space

Villa Moderna occupies an extensive plot with laid to lawn landscaped gardens. The partially covered terrace is furnished with a table with seating for eight people and is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy your holiday meals cooked on the gas BBQ. The rectangular swimming pool measures approximately 12m x 6m and has steps and a ladder for convenient entry. There is ample parking on the villas forecourt.
