Villa Adriana is a classy five bedroom, five bathroom villa with swimming pool located in the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago. The villa benefits from a great location, near to the entrance of the Parque Atlantico estate and within walking distance of the bridge that leads to the Ria Formoso beach. Golf course views can be enjoyed from the villa and gardens. With air conditioning and Wi-fi Internet included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Fully equipped air conditioned kitchen with appliances including a microwave, 6 gas hobs, oven, extractor, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, dishwasher and double fridge freezer. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

Spacious open plan living/dining room with air conditioning, two comfortable seating areas, dining table with 8 chairs and wall mounted TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. Double patio doors lead directly from the living area to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed, split unit a/c and an en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom two has a double bed, split unit a/c, doors to the poolside terrace and a large en suite bathroom with bath, double walk-in shower and double vanities. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms three, four and five are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has a double bed, central a/c, doors to a terrace and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom four has twin beds, split unit a/c, patio doors to terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower and double vanities. Bedroom five has twin beds, central a/c, patio doors to a small private terrace and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower unit.

Situated off the entrance hallway is the office which contains a sofa bed and which is available upon request.

Outside Space

Lovely big swimming pool measuring 12 metres x 6 metres. The poolside terrace is furnished with 10 sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the views of the golf course. Gas BBQ and exterior dining table with seating for 10 persons. Lawn gardens surround the poolside terrace.

Outstanding location in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago with views to the golf course and walking distance to the sandy beach of Ria Formosa. 2 minutes by car to all the local amenities from the sandy beaches of the Ria Formosa, to the local gym, fabulous golf courses, tennis, water sports, horse riding and much more!

Rates include a Mon-Fri maid cleaning service, bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly) and bedroom linen (changed weekly). Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Please note that the villa photos were taken in the winter when the sun is lower in the sky so there is some shading on the pool terrace. We will take new exterior photos in the spring time.
