Sun-hat are delighted to introduce Villa Liz, to our growing luxury villa portfolio– a contemporary six bedroom property complete with a private swimming pool, extensive manicured gardens, and a garden jacuzzi.
This spacious villa is perfect for large families and has been designed with both relaxation and entertainment in mind. Guests can enjoy a relaxing in the private cinema room, shotting some pool in the games room or getting active in the small gym. The beautifully maintained gardens offer plenty of space to unwind, and feature a table tennis table and a four hole putting green.
Villa Liz is ideally located in the sought-after Parque Atlântico North of the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago and within easy driving distance of everything the resort has to offer including championship golf courses, The Campus sports hub, Koko Lane & the driving range, and not forgetting the stunning sandy beach & its various ocean side restaurants, everything you need for an unforgettable holiday is close at hand.
Centralised air conditioning throughout with individual room controls, and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Steps lead up to the impressive entrance hallway with a double staircase. The large kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including an integraated electric oven, grill and microwave, small wine cooler, and a plate warmer, a double fridge freezer, nutribullet juicer, five electric hobs, an extractor, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher. There is also a convenient breakfast counter with three stools and a flat screen TV showing the same channels as the TV snug room. The adjacent diningroom is complete with a large table and seating for twelve people. Double patio doors lead to the pool and garden.

Location
Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.
Villa Liz is situated 10 minutes walk from the beach, the Quinta do Lago lake and restaurants.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service three times per week with a mid week bathroom towel change and a weekly bathroom towel & bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 x loaf sliced bread, 1 x butter, 1 x litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 x bottle white wine, 1 x carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 x bottle lemonade, 20 sachets sugar, 1 x pack ham, 1 x pack sliced cheese, 4 x pieces seasonal fruit, 4 x tomatoes or 1 x pack cherry tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 x large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
