Overview

Villa Acacia is a beautiful villa overlooking the 11th fairway of the adjoining San Lorenzo golf course in Quinta do Lago. This classy and contemporary villa features four en-suite bedrooms, broadband internet, satellite television, a sauna, a hot tub in the garden and much, much more.

The property features a central air conditioning system with individual control in every division and under floor heating throughout the whole property. The villa is protected by a coded alarm and telephone entry system. The property is built on three floors, with a basement, ground floor and first floor. The entrance to the villa is on the ground floor, and the entrance hallway has doors leading to bedrooms one and two, the living/ dining room, kitchen and guest cloakroom.

Living Areas

The open plan living/ dining room features a dining table with eight chairs, a television with satellite channels, DVD player and Bose sound surround system.

The kitchen features the following appliances- electric oven and hobs; electric grill pan; juicer; coffee machine; toaster; kettle; dishwasher; breakfast bar and American style fridge freezer with ice machine. The kitchen also features the surround sound system, air conditioning and a telephone. A separate laundry room on the basement floor houses the washing machine and dryer.

On the basement level of the villa there is the laundry room and a sauna (included in the price of the rental) and adjoining shower room. There is also a table tennis table for the guests use.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom One is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, television and DVD player.

Bedroom two on the ground floor is a double room with an en-suite shower room.

On the first floor of the villa there is a spacious study and bedrooms three and four. The air conditioned study has broadband internet, fax machine and comfy sofas.

Bedroom three is a double room with en-suite bathroom. Patio doors give access to the large shared first floor terrace which offers lovely views of the golf course and the ocean beyond. Master bedroom four is a double bedroom with a flat screen plasma television, alarm control panel, walk-in wardrobe, access to the shared terrace and an en-suite bathroom with full sized bath and separate shower unit.

Outside Space

The south facing swimming pool is surrounded by wooden decking with a built-in hot tub and a gas barbecue with food preparation area. The swimming pool measures 14 metres x 6 metres and pool heating is available at an extra weekly charge. A lovely shaded area on the terrace overlooks the pool and the neighbouring golf course.

Location

Set in very peaceful surroundings, this lovely villa is just a short five minute drive from the beach at Quinta do lago.
