Overview

Villa Tropical is a lovely 5 bedroom villa with superb gardens and its own private pool (can be heated for an extra weekly supplement) situated in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago and only a short drive from the glorious beaches of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. The smart Quinta shopping centre is only a short drive away.

Ducted air conditioning through out with individual room controls and WIFI internet are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

Enter into the main foyer with a guest cloakroom. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, four electric hobs, a large electric oven, kettle, juicer, toaster, microwave and an American fridge freezer with an ice dispenser. There is a breakfast bar with two stools. The dining room is complete with a dining table and eight chairs, double patio doors open onto the garden.

The lounge has comfy sofa seating, a large flat screen TV showing many cable channels including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports & a DVD player. Triple patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

Downstairs are the games room & utility room. The utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The games room is complete with a table tennis table, snooker table, a large flat screen TV with DVD player, table football table, split unit air conditioning and a comfy L shaped sofa.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports & fitted wardrobes. En suite shower room.

Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. En suite bathroom with double vanities.

Upstairs to bedrooms three, four and five. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes and patio doors which open onto a small front facing balcony. En suite bathroom.

Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes, patio doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the pool. En suite bathroom with double vanities.

Bedroom five is a double room with a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports, a dressing area with fitted wardrobes, a safe, double patio doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the pool. En suite bathroom with double vanities and a walk in shower.

Bedrooms four and five have an interconnecting door which makes these rooms ideal for families with younger children.

Outside Space

The freeform shaped pool measures approx.12m x 5m and has a separate children's section (pool heating is available for an extra supplement). In the middle of the pool, there is a covered seating area. The terrace is complete with sun loungers to soak up the Algarve sunshine, two parasols for shade, a gas BBQ and a food preparation area. Laid to lawn with outside sofas and chairs and a table seating eight people.

Location

Villa Tropical is located in the Atlantico Norte area on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago, very close to Pinheiros Altos golf course and is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.

For stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
