Villa Santi is a very handsome 4 bedroom villa with superb views over the 11th hole of the picturesque San Lorenzo golf course and situated just a short drive from the glorious beaches, smart shopping centres and entertainment in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago.

The simple sophistication of the décor, lighting and furnishing in the villa, with African influences prominent throughout, add to the feeling of space and calm.

Living Areas

An entrance hall leads to the open plan living/dining room with dining table for 8 persons and comfortable living room with fireplace, and separate office area with Wi-Fi internet. Double patio doors lead to the poolside terraces and lawn gardens.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric hobs, fridge freezer and oven. On the lower level of the villa is a utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.

On the first floor of the villa is the TV lounge- complete with wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels, including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports; Bose speakers and Blu-ray DVD player.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin bedroom (2 x twin beds together - bed measures 1.80x2m) with adjacent bathroom with shower and doors to the poolside terrace.

Bedroom two is a twin bedroom (2 x twins together - bed measures 1,80x 2m) with an en suite bathroom with shower and doors to the poolside terrace. There is an additional guest cloakroom on this floor.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of Villa Santi. Bedroom three has a double bed (bed measures 180m x 2m) double wardrobes with safe, en suite with bath and separate shower unit and patio doors leading to the terrace private to this bedroom and with views of the San Lorenzo golf course.

Bedroom four is the master suite, complete with double bed, en suite with bath, shower unit, double wash basins and hairdryer and patio doors to the terrace private to this bedroom with views over the pool and across the golf course.

Outside Space

Lovely views of the San Lorenzo golf course can be enjoyed from all around the grounds of Villa Santi. The private infinity-style pool measures approximately 12 metres x 5 metres with steps entry and it can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.The poolside terraces are extensive, providing plenty of room to spread out in the sunshine, enjoy the barbecue or rest in the shade.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Monday- Friday. Bathroom towels are changed midweek, linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience. Air conditioning is available throughout the property for a weekly supplemental charge.
