The superior townhouses are a selection recently refurnished houses featuring renovated bathrooms and floors. These charming 2 and 3 - bedroom townhouses with private a swimming pool, feature cosy living spaces and kitchen on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the first floor. The décor and interiors, which vary according to the house, create a refined atmosphere that is extended to the private garden and pool outside. All bedrooms have a suite bathroom and feature fully fitted kitchens, air conditioning and satellite TV.

Kitchen with washing machine and dish washer, ironing board and iron, fridge and freezer, coffee machine and kitchen utilities. Villas benefit from a daily maid service. A full range of cold take-away dishes are also available through the day. “Mercado Deli & Bake” is also a convenience store offering a range of daily basics for families and is open every day.

Blue Room - The Blue Room serves as our dedicated game room, complete with a delightful assortment of table games, play corners, a pool table, table football, PlayStations and an Xbox. It provides an inviting environment where children can forge new friendships, while families can enjoy quality time together. The Blue Room is an unsupervised leisure facility for all children – it is especially suitable for ages eight and above.

We are proud to be a charging partner of Tesla’s and contribute to the pursuit of sustainable transportation and we happily announce that we have added 1 Tesla charging stations at the Martinhal Quinta Hotel. In addition, we also provide our customers with 1 Universal charging station for electric cars other than Tesla's. Accommodation Rates include daily cleaning (kitchen not included) towels and bed linen changed every 3 days if requested by the guest, safety deposit box, air conditioning throughout, welcome pack. Baby Cots are on request and subject to availability at the time of booking (until 2 year old babies), extra cot chargeable; Extra beds are on request and subject to availability at the time of booking (3 to 12 years old) and it is possible to accommodate 1 extra bed per house.

Breakfast: 50% discount for children from 9-12 years, if adults acquire the breakfast. Breakfast Supplement can be acquired daily and must be booked for all the reservation guests. Children up to 8 years: Meals free of charge subject to the adults to acquire the supplement.

Activities and recreation- Located in the middle of a premium Golf destination, Martinhal Quinta is the ideal hub to experience the award winning golf courses that the Algarve is well-known for. Pinheiros Altos is just at your doorstep, Quinta do Lago has 3 golf courses as well as mini-golf for children and there are many more in the surrounding area. Furthermore, there are plenty of activities on offer in the region, including water sports like windsurf, canoe, kayak, stand up board, water ski, jet ski, banana, wake board, surfing, diving, boat trips, fishing, horse riding, karting, jeep safari, Segway and buggy tours, and the list goes on...

If you are looking for a fun day out in a theme park, AquaShow Park is just 19 minutes away. Aqualand and Slide and Splash are also just 47 minutes away. Zoomarine offers exciting shows with dolphins, seals, tropical birds, aquarium where you can watch sharks, swimming pools and other attractions.
