Martinhal Quinta is part of the expansion of the Martinhal brand, which has the luxury family beach resort Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel in Sagres. The Martinhal brand has been conceived and designed specifically for families.

Townhouse accommodation:- There are 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses with living spaces on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms are en-suite and there is a separate guest cloakroom. The properties are characterised by decorative and well-appointed interiors and feature fully fitted kitchens, air conditioning and satellite TV. Each property is positioned in its own landscaped grounds overlooking a private garden and plunge pool.

Facilities: Voya amenities (shampoo + conditioner + bath gel + body milk + soap), satellite television, telephone and Wi-Fi. Kitchen with washing machine and dish washer, ironing board and iron, fridge and freezer, coffee machine and kitchen utilities. Villas benefit from a daily maid service. There is either a gas BBQ (gas bottle supplement applies) or a charcoal BBQ in every villa.

Available Baby Articles: barriers for beds & stairs, toilet seat adapter, potty seat, baby bottle sterilizer & heater (subject to availability at booking time).

Facilities

Martinhal Quinta provides guests with a full support service, including a 24 hour reception desk. The outdoor communal pool at the Clubhouse and the pool hangout area offer a relaxing and beautiful heated swimming pool area with sun beds and sunshades and a variety of facilities.

Massages - We have a selection of massages available for you to enjoy in your house. Please check out our menu and contact reception for bookings.

M Bar - The Mbar offers a pool side full day meal experience with delicious Breakfast a la Carte snacks, salads, pizzas, paninis and a wide selection of drinks.

Gelataria - Mouth-watering homemade Ice cream, crepes and waffles for a refreshing moment by the pool.

Mercado Deli & Bake- Located at the resort’s so-called shopping centre, our “Mercado Deli & Bake” will offer a wide variety of take-away breakfast options with freshly baked bread, croissants and pastries, coffees, teas and natural orange juice. Here you will also find fresh fruit and vegetables, high quality deli items and a wide range of drinks. A full range of cold take-away dishes are also available through the day. “Mercado Deli & Bake” is also a convenience store offering a range of daily basics for families.

Kid's club and Children's Activities

Outdoor Playground - There will be an unsupervised outdoor play area for children with a trampoline, sand pit, table tennis, water feature and inflatable toys.

Blue Room - This is an indoor game room with Playstations, Wii’s, internet and other more traditional pastimes such as table tennis and table football. The Blue Room is an unsupervised leisure facility for all children – it is especially suitable for ages eight and above.

Raposinhos - “Raposinhos” means “little fox” and children here are encouraged to be the same – active and inquisitive. The Raposinhos kids club offers supervised childcare for children from 3 to 8 years old (local charges apply per session). Private baby-sitting services will be offered (subject to early booking and availability).

Baby Concierge- In addition to Raposinhos Kids Club we offer baby-sitting services and the opportunity to pre-book baby equipment – from small items like potties, bottle sterilisers & warmers, to bigger items like stair gates, baby cots and baby baths. Please note that we also offer a wide variety of lotions, nappies, baby food and other items in our shop, Mercado Deli & Bake.

Other Information

Accommodation Rates include daily cleaning (kitchen not included) towels and bed linen changed every 3 days or more frequently if requested by the guest, safety deposit box, air conditioning throughout, welcome pack. One baby cot is available on request and subject to availability at the time of booking (until 2 year old babies), extra cot chargeable; Extra beds are on request and subject to availability at the time of booking (3 to 12 years old) and it is possible to accommodate 1 extra bed per house.

Breakfast - 50% discount for children from 9-12 years, if adults acquire the breakfast. Breakfast supplement can be acquired daily and must be booked for the entire party. Children up to 8 years- meals free of charge subject to the adults to acquire the supplement.

Half-board - 50% discount for children from 9-12 years, if adults acquire the supplement. Half-board must be booked for the entire stay and for the entire party. Children up to 8 years - meals are free of charge, subject to adults to acquire the supplement. Please note that half-board includes an early dinner until 20:00hrs and is only available between 28th June and 30th August 2025.

Arrivals are welcome on any day of the week. Guests should be aware that pets cannot be accommodated.

Activities and recreation- Located in the middle of a premium Golf destination, Martinhal Quinta is the ideal hub to experience the award winning golf courses that the Algarve is well-known for. Pinheiros Altos is just at your doorstep, Quinta do Lago has 3 golf courses as well as mini-golf for children and there are many more in the surrounding area. Furthermore, there are plenty of activities on offer in the region, including water sports like windsurf, canoe, kayak, stand up board, water ski, jet ski, banana, wake board, surfing, diving, boat trips, fishing, horse riding, karting, jeep safari, segway and buggy tours, and the list goes on...

If you are looking for a fun day out in a theme park, AquaShow Park is just 19 minutes away. Aqualand and Slide and Splash are also just 47 minutes away. Zoomarine offers exciting shows with dolphins, seals, tropical birds, aquarium where you can watch sharks, swimming pools and other attractions. The Quinta do Lago area has several excellent restaurants to choose from.
