Overview

We are very proud to exclusively represent Villa Lavanda, a magnificent five bedroom villa located in the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago and with beautiful views overlooking the 3rd tee of the San Lorenzo golf course.

The property has wi-fi internet; air conditioning throughout and a Sonos music system in the kitchen, living room, master suite and outside terraces- all included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The air conditioned kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including a double fridge freezer; microwave; coffee maker; kettle; gas hobs; electric oven; toaster; dishwasher; blender and juicer. The wall mounted flat screen TV shows a wide range of Lazer cable channels which include BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports.

Lovely spacious open plan living/dining room with wall mounted TV with Lazer cable channels; comfortable seating area; dining table and 8 chairs; sofas and double patio doors leading to the poolside terraces.

On the lower level of the villa is the utility room, complete with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and ironing board. This room is also equipped with a microwave and kettle, useful for the occupants of the lower level bedroom suite.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds that can be prepared as a double upon request and an en suite bathroom with shower. Patio doors lead to the side terrace with Jacuzzi. Bedroom two has a double bed that can be prepared as a twin upon request and an en suite bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is an additional guest cloakroom with walk-in shower unit.

Bedroom three is on the lower level of the villa and this room is complete with a double bed and a sofa bed so for parties with older children or teenagers this room can effectively be prepared as a twin upon prior request. The bedroom also has a TV with Lazer cable channels and an en suite shower room.

Bedrooms four and five are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom four has a double bed and a newly refurbished en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit. Bedroom five is the master suite with Emperor size double bed; wall mounted TV with Lazer cable channels; dressing area and en suite with double vanities, lovely big bath and separate shower unit. Patio doors lead to the private master suite terrace which has stunning views over the pool and gardens to the 3rd tee of the San Lorenzo golf course.

Outside Space

Villa Lavanda is situated on a large west facing plot in Quinta do Lago with glorious views of the San Lorenzo golf course, lawn garden and charming orange & lemon trees. The distinctive swimming pool, with black and blue tiles, measures 10 metres x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The pool has an electric pool cover and next to the pool there is an exterior shower unit.

The poolside terraces are furnished with high quality sun loungers, comfortable sofas, patio furniture and the table tennis table- which is perfect for those family holiday tournaments!

The exterior dining area will be the scene of many al-fresco meals, freshly cooked on the integrated gas Beefeater BBQ and the outside kitchen with food preparation area, pizza oven and 2 x drinks fridges.Next to the exterior kitchen is a wood decking terrace with seating, outside fire place and the Jacuzzi hot tub, the use of which is included in the rental rate.

There is plenty of space for parking of 3 to 4 cars on the villa driveway and forecourt.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Villa Lavanda is situated 10 minutes walk from the beach, the Quinta do Lago lake and restaurants.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon-Fri, not including public holidays. Bathroom towels are changed midweek and weekly; linen is changed on a weekly basis. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers in all bedrooms are provided for your convenience. The maximum occupancy of the villa is 10 guests in total, including infants.
