Villa Kallisto is the perfect property for clients looking for total privacy whilst at the same time being centrally located in Quinta do Lago, a short distance from everything. The villa is situated on a large double plot, with beautifully manicured and maintained gardens- the ideal setting for a relaxing and luxurious villa holiday.

Living Areas
Grand entrance hall with spiral staircase leading to the first floor. Spacious living area with fireplace which opens up to sitting area and open plan dining room. Separate TV & office room, consisting of a large flat screen TV with a wide range of satellite channels and a blu-ray DVD player.
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with eating area. Appliances include an American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, gas hobs, oven, juicer and sandwich toaster. Breakfast table. Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the lower level of Villa Kallisto is the games room, complete with table football and pool table and TV with DVD player.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and doors to the terrace. On the ground floor there is an additional shower room next to the TV room and a guest cloakroom.
Bedrooms three, four and five are on the first floor of the property. Bedroom three is the Master suite, complete with double bed (1.8 x 2m), TV with cable channels, DVD player, walk-in wardrobe and large en suite bathroom with spa bath and walk-in shower unit.
Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and a private terrace overlooking the gardens. Bedroom five is a double bedroom (2 x 2M)with an en suite bathroom with spa bath and separate shower unit.
Outside Space
Extensive terracing with lovely shaded areas with comfortable seating, and a covered dining area with charcoal and gas BBQs. The swimming pool measures approximately 15 x 6 metres with a separate Jacuzzi.Spacious landscaped gardens with Gazebo area. Please note that there is an unfenced fish pond in the grounds.

Villa Kallisto is located within walking distance of the Quinta do Lago lake and is also close to the beach and golf.
Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amid championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.
Other Items
Rates include a Monday- Friday maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and linen. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.

Summer late booking special offer:- Due to the owner releasing new dates, Villa Kallisto is being offered with a 10% discount for all new late bookings for this summer! All remaining available 2024 dates apply, and the minimum stay requirement is 7 nights. We recommend booking quickly to avoid disappointment!
For stays between 24 Aug 2024 - 01 Nov 2024 - 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more.
