Villa Spara's location makes it a fantastic choice being only a 10 minute walk to Koko lane and the driving range, and some of Quinta do Lago’s most sought after attractions are only a stones throw away, including the laid back Shack beach bar, and Quinta do Lago Lake. The golden sands of Quinta do Lago Beach, and a superb selection of acclaimed restaurants such as Casa do Lago, Umami, Bovino and The Campus sports centre are only a short drive away.

Living Areas

As you enter this stunning villa, you are welcomed into an impressive double height entrance hall leading through to the spacious open plan living and dining area and beautifully designed bespoke kitchen. The living area offers plenty of comfortable sofa seating and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide selection of English language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. Guests can also enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming services using their own login details.

The modern, well equipped kitchen features a large central island with a breakfast bar seating up to five people, ideal for enjoying a leisurely breakfast or morning coffee. Appliances include a four ring electric hob with extractor fan, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, two dishwashers, two fridge freezers, a large separate freezer, wine cooler, Smeg toaster and blender, juicer and Nespresso coffee machine. Patio doors lead to the side of the property. There is also a guest cloakroom is conveniently located on this level.

On the upper level, there is a dedicated office space, ideal for guests who may need to catch up on a little work during their stay. From the landing, a door opens onto a balcony, with stairs leading up to the wonderful rooftop terrace. Here you can relax in the comfortable seating area, enjoy a drink at the bar, stretch out on one of the two sun loungers or take a refreshing dip in the plunge pool, all while enjoying the spectacular views.

The lower level of Villa Spara offers a fantastic space for relaxation and entertainment. A comfortable lounge features a large L shaped sofa and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with the same selection of channels as the main living area. The adjoining bar is well equipped with an ice machine, glass washer and double fridge, with seating for four people, making it a great spot to enjoy drinks together.

For those looking to keep active during their holiday, the air conditioned gym is equipped with a treadmill, kettlebells and free weights, exercise balls, spin bike, weight machine and rowing machine. There is also a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV and Sonos surround sound system, with patio doors opening onto the garden.

A pool table provides the perfect opportunity for some friendly family competition, while large patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. Completing this level is a separate utility room housing two Miele washing machines and two Miele tumble dryers.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All six bedrooms are beautifully appointed and feature electric blackout blinds, curtains and wall mounted flat screen Smart TVs showing the same selection of channels as the main living room. Bedrooms one and two are located on the entrance level.

Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the lake, furnished with three comfortable chairs, providing a lovely spot to sit back and enjoy the views.

Outside Space

The impressive infinity pool measures approximately 19m x 6m and has an adjoining Jacuzzi/children's pool measuring approximately 6m x 3m. The main pool can be heated for a weekly supplement and has an electric pool cover to help retain the warmth overnight. The spacious poolside terrace is furnished with four quality double sun loungers and four parasols, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine or enjoying a little shade.

Steps lead down from the pool terrace to a four hole putting green, with golf clubs and balls provided for some friendly competition. Here you will also find a fantastic outdoor kitchen, complete with a large Beefeater gas BBQ and a round dining table seating up to ten people, ideal for leisurely al fresco meals. A comfortable seating area with a large oval sofa provides another lovely spot to unwind, while a generous shade sail offers welcome shelter from the sun.

The beautifully landscaped private garden is laid to lawn and surrounded by a variety of trees, shrubs and colourful flowers, creating a peaceful setting in which to relax. There is also a private pontoon extending onto the lake.

The private rooftop terrace is another wonderful feature of Villa Spara, offering spectacular, uninterrupted views across the lake and neighbouring golf course. The elevated plunge pool measures approximately 6m x 4m and is perfect for cooling off while taking in the scenery. A convenient bar with four stools and a separate sun deck with two loungers complete this lovely space, making it an ideal spot to soak up the Algarve sunshine.

Location

Villa Spara enjoys a fantastic location close to the Quinta do Lago South Golf Course, with some of the Golden Triangle’s finest restaurants and attractions within easy reach. Guests can enjoy relaxed afternoons by the water at The Shack or dine at popular restaurants including UMAMI, Osteria La Famiglia by Olivier and Restaurante Limoni. The beautiful sandy shores of Quinta do Lago Beach are also just a short drive away, making this an ideal location for families looking to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

The villa has a spacious forecourt with plenty of private parking, secured by double electric gates.
