Villa Lucy is a premium quality semi-detached villa situated on a central plot in Lakeside Village, which is a peaceful area located within the five star resort of Quinta do Lago. This impressive villa offers good quality, comfortable holiday accommodation, a private heated swimming pool and the property has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The spacious poolside terrace is perfect for sun worshippers, a great spot to relax in peace and quiet reading your favourite book.

Villa Lucy has fibre optic wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

From the entrance hall, steps lead down to the bright and spacious open plan lounge and dining room which are comfortably furnished with an L-shaped sofa & armchair, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and split unit air conditioning.

A couple of steps lead up to the dining area with a table with seating for eight people. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace. The kitchen is modern in design with marble work counters and is well equipped with appliances including a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, four electric hobs, extractor, American fridge freezer, coffee machine, integrated electric oven, grill & microwave. The washing machine and dryer are located in the cupboard on the upper level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three which have an interconnecting seating area with a private balcony with beautiful sea views overlooking the pool. Bedroom two is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. A door leads to the shared seating area with bedroom two.

Outside Space

Patio doors lead from the living room to the spacious south facing poolside terrace which is complete with quality patio furniture. Enjoy al-fresco meals cooked on the gas BBQ with lighting for those evening barbecues.

The private swimming pool has steps entry and measures approximately 8 x 4 metres. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplementary charge. The pool has a manual cover to retain the heat. There is an exterior shower next to the pool.

There is also the roof terrace which has lovely sea views.

Location

Located in the charming Quinta do Lago Lakeside Village which borders a natural salt lake where water sports such as windsurfing and sailing are available. There is a large selection of international restaurants, championship golf courses, tennis, the Campus sports facility, shops and bars close by in the resort and within walking distance of the property is the Shack restaurant and bar on the lake, the D Lounge restaurant, Tucano's restaurant at nearby Encosta do Lago and the Casa do Lago restaurant on the lake for fine dining.

The Lakeside Village is the perfect family holiday destination, situated close to the golden sandy beaches of the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve which is well known for its bird life and nature trails- which are just 15 minutes’ walk from Villa Lucy. Also ideal for cycling, bicycles can be hired locally in the area. The golf driving range is just 2 kms away so you can hone your skills in preparation for a round of golf on one of the five excellent golf courses in Quinta do Lago, plus an additional two courses in the neighbouring resort of Vale do Lobo.

To get to the Quinta do Lago beach it’s around a 20 minute walk, finally crossing over the famous wooden foot bridge. Gigi's seafood restaurant is one of 3 beach restaurants within walking distance.

Guests at Villa Lucy can use the large communal pool, children's pool, Pedro's bar by the communal pools and the tennis courts located down by the lake. Use of the tennis courts is free of charge, you have to take your own racquets and tennis balls.

Maid cleaning service three times per week. Pool towels, a safe and three hairdryers in each en suite bathroom are provided for your convenience.
