Villa Cascais is a great four bedroom villa, situated close to the Quinta do Lago lake and Casa do Lago restaurant.this spacious and private villa benefits from extensive lawn gardens and lovely views of the Quinta do Lago golf course and surrounds. Living Areas

Large entrance hallway with steps leading down to the living room, furnished with comfy sofas and with a separate TV area with armchairs and a flat screen TV with cable TV & Sports channels and DVD player. Wi-Fi internet connection. Three sets of patio doors lead to the shaded terrace overlooking the pool. Separate dining area with doors leading to the exterior BBQ terrace.

Large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and appliances including an oven, microwave, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, juicer, coffee maker and electric hobs. Separate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground (entrance) level of the property and is effectively a second master suite (bed measures 1.8m x 2m) with double bed, TV with cable channels and DVD player, separate dressing area with double wardrobes, en suite with large corner bath and shower unit and patio doors to the shaded terrace overlooking the pool.

Bedrooms two and three are on the lower level of the villa, with both bedrooms having patio doors that open out onto the lower lawn garden of Villa Cascais. Bedroom two has twin beds and an en suite bathroom, bedroom three has a double bed (bed measures 1.8m x 2m) and an en suite shower room.

Bedroom four is the large main master suite which occupies the first floor of the villa and is complete with a double bed, wall mounted TV, double wardrobes with safe, en suite with large Villeroy & Boch bath, separate shower unit and double wash basins. Doors lead to the private and spacious first floor terrace, and from here access to the poolside terrace is achieved via a flight of steps.

Outside Space

Villa Cascais benefits from lovely views of the 17th of the Quinta do Lago South course, and extensive lawn gardens, great for the kids to play on. Adjacent to the villa dining area is a superb shaded terrace with dining table and integrated charcoal BBQ, which leads to a spacious shaded terrace that overlooks the pool. From here, steps lead down to the swimming pool, which measures approximately 11 x 5 metres with steps entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. At the front of the house there is plenty of space for off-road parking on the villa driveway, protected by the electric entry gates.

Location

Villa Cascais is ideally situated near to the lake, Casa do Lago restaurant and watersports centre, with many other facilities nearby in the resort, including tennis, golf, driving range, Cafés and Bars.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Monday- Friday, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience. Pool heating and air conditioning are available for weekly supplemental charges.
