Living Areas

The air conditioned living area is open plan and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you’ll need during your stay including a fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, four electric hobs, an extractor, cafeteria, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and a toaster. The lounge & dining area are complete with a round table with seating for six people, 2 x two-seater sofas & an armchair, a flat screen TV showing a wide selection of English speaking channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports & TNT Sports. Patio doors open onto a small lawned garden.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with 1.60m x 2m bed, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the garden.

Bedroom two is a twin room with two x 0.90m beds, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

From the lounge, patio doors open onto a small lawned garden complete with a covered outside dining area featuring a table with six chairs and small gas BBQ.

Location

Located in the gated resort of Victory Village Club, a four-star complex situated on the Sao Lourenco golf course in the heart of Quinta do Lago. Communal facilities which customers are entitled to use are the large communal swimming pool with lifeguard during summer months, 2 x tennis courts, the poolside bar and restaurant (seasonal opening), 24-hour security and reception. Close to the apartment there is a gate which leads directly to the Quinta do Lago lake and Casa do Lago restaurant.

Rates include a maid cleaning service with a mid-week bathroom towel change and a weekly bathroom towel & bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
