Villa Atlantico is an outstanding luxury 6 bedroom property situated on the San Lorenzo golf course. This villa offers first class accommodation and excellent facilities including a large private swimming pool.

Living Areas

Having undergone major improvements both inside and out, this is a remarkably well appointed and beautifully finished property. The circular construction makes interesting use of space, which is very generous, beginning with a spacious entrance hall. The large, open plan living space has an integral home cinema style plasma screen TV with cable channels including Sky Sports, a DVD player and wi-fi internet connection. Patio doors from the dining area open out onto a pillared terrace where you can eat ‘al fresco’ from the gas BBQ provided and enjoy the magnificent view over the golf course.

This villa has an air of contemporary luxury which extends right through to the designer bathrooms and ergonomically designed kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with granite worktops and an island unit and is exceptionally well equipped to include a dishwasher, American style fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is a washing machine and clothes dryer in the separate utility room.

There is a new TV Room with big screen in the basement of the villa.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The bedroom accommodation and bathroom facilities are superb. On the ground floor are three twin bedrooms and a double bedroom (twin beds together measuring 1.9m x 2m). The double bedroom has an en suite shower room, one of the twin bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and this room can be made up as a double upon request. The remaining two twin bedrooms share the use of a separate shower room. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom (bed measures 1.8m x 2m) with an en suite shower room. The master bedroom suite (bed measures 1.8m x 2m) has a full en suite bathroom with bath and additional shower unit and also has a sitting room with plenty of comfortable seating, patio doors to the terrace and another TV with cable channels. The two upstairs bedrooms share a large terrace which is equipped with a big table and chairs creating a fantastic place to enjoy the sunset and the excellent views of the nearby Ria Formosa nature reserve.

Outside Space

The poolside area has modern wooden decking which extends around the 13m x 6m swimming pool with Roman style steps. The pool also has an integrated children’s area so that they can play safely. The shallow end of the pool measures 0.50 metres in depth and the deep end 2.00 metres. The garden is laid to lawn and is bordered by shrubs and trees to provide privacy.

Situated on the San Lorenzo golf course, this villa boasts one of the most sought after aspects in Quinta do Lago. It is also only a short drive from golden beaches, smart shopping centres and a wide range of entertainment in sophisticated Quinta do Lago.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, bedroom linen, pool towels and bathroom towels. Air-conditioning (available throughout) and pool heating are available on request for a supplement.

The Pool Heating is gas powered and is paid for locally. The exact amount will depend on the time of year, however it will be approx. £700 per week, it is a metered charge.

The villa is gated with hedging around, there is an alarm.
