Overview

Villa Jardim Atlantico is a five bedroom villa located in the desirable Parque Atlantico area of Quinta do Lago. The villa grounds are simply majestic in size with rolling lawns, relaxation areas under the pine trees, mature shrubs, flowers, a garden pond and even a children’s playground hidden away in the gardens! With an unbelievable feeling of space, and a quiet and peaceful setting, Villa Jardim Atlantico is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating upon request, except the fifth bedroom and has air conditioning only.

Living Areas

From the entrance doors of the villa, there is a guest cloakroom to the left and stairs take you up to the television room and master bedroom, and stairs go down to the pool level living room, bedrooms two, three and four and the kitchen. Throughout the property, you will find distinctive stone walls which give the villa real character.

The cosy television room on the upper floor features wooden flooring, a log burning fireplace and comfy sofas from which to enjoy the large 50 inch flat screen television. Double patio doors lead to a delightful 10 metres long terrace which is a great place to relax, shaded by wooden beams and overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. From here, you can take the stairs directly down to the poolside terrace.

The kitchen has its own dining area with table and chairs for 8 persons. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include an American style fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, 2 ovens, 4 gas hobs, microwave, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and additional fridge freezer. Patio doors lead to a raised pool terrace and an adjacent utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside, is an annex building containing a bedroom.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The master bedroom is a double room featuring a king sized double bed (bed measures 1.8m x 2m), television, under floor heating, air conditioning, an extensive dressing area with plenty of wardrobe space and windows overlooking the gardens. This bedroom also boasts an en-suite bathroom with a large Jacuzzi bath, separate shower unit and dual wash basins. There is also an additional separate toilet. From the master bedroom, patio doors lead to the private wrap around terrace which catches the sun all day long. Bedrooms two, three and four are positioned on a corridor leading from the living/ dining room. Bedroom two is a twin room with wardrobes and a separate dressing area, an en-suite shower room and patio doors lead to a private patio. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and under floor heating. Bedroom three is a double room (bed measures1.40 x 1.95m) with an en-suite bathroom, dressing area and patio doors lead directly to the garden. Bedroom four is a twin room with a dressing area and an en-suite shower room. There is an additional fifth bedroom in an annexe building that is accessed from the outside of the villa. This is a self contained bedroom suite with king sized bed (bed measures 1.80m x 2m), wardrobes, TV and a large shower room.

Outside Space

The villa occupies a large corner plot with gardens, mature shrubs, pine trees and flowers surrounding the extensive lawns. In and amongst the gardens you will find a table tennis table and children’s playground, and also a lovely shaded dining area with table and chairs for 10 persons from which to enjoy meals cooked on the gas barbecue. There is also a private swimming pool which measures approximately 12 metres x 5 metres and has optional heating. The split-level poolside terraces benefit from the sun throughout the day. There are a variety of shaded areas where you can relax under the pine trees.

Location

Parque Atlantico is a prestigious development within the Quinta do Lago Resort. The villas here are only a few minutes walk from the beach and 1km from the golf course of Sao Lourenco. Explore the prestigious area by car and go into the centre of Quinta do Lago to enjoy browsing the shops and dining in style.

The property is protected by an alarm system and there is plenty of space to park on the villa driveway.

Rates include a regular maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and linen.
