Villa Radka is an incredible property, built on three levels, a truly stunning five bedroom villa with a private pool complete with a built-in jacuzzi. Furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard using only the very best products and decor throughout. The water feature that surrounds the property gives you a feeling of peace and serenity. Benefiting from unspoilt views of the 4th fairway of the Royal golf course and located within a short distance of the Vale do Lobo tennis centre, and only short drive from some of the world’s best beaches and finest restaurants. The villa features a centralised air conditioning system with individual room controls, automatic curtains and blinds with individual room controls and Wi-fi fibre optic internet, all included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Enter into the bright foyer with steps leading down to the lounge area with floor to ceiling windows that give you unspoilt views of the 4th fairway. Tastefully furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and a wall mounted TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. The bright dining room, also with a floor to ceiling window that opens onto the poolside terrace is furnished with a large dining table and seating for ten people.

The sleek modern kitchen is a chef's dream, with a large central island, complemented by only the very best of Miele appliances such as five electric hobs, microwave, electric oven and grill and a double fridge freezer and is also equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, a hand blender and a work top blender, kettle, juicer and a sandwich toaster. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same channels as the lounge and a breakfast counter complete with four stools. The Patio doors open to the lower BBQ area with the large Beefeater gas BBQ. There is a guest cloakroom next to the kitchen.

On the lower level of the property is the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board; the TV area furnished with two half-moon sofas, a window looking through to under the pool water level, a wall mounted TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and a pool table for the family tournaments. There is a large counter top table with stool seating for eight people, integrated Miele microwave and coffee machine. Next to the TV room is a quiet, relaxing, Portuguese area replicating a traditional Portuguese village square with a calcada tiled floor and mural tiles showing a scene of the Douro riverside in Porto, North Portugal- it’s very pretty!

Finally on this level is the soundproofed cinema room with Blu-ray DVD player and a PlayStation (Please bring your own films, games and controllers) and which has comfortable leather seating for ten persons.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Stairs from the entrance level lead up to bedrooms one, two and three. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower and a double spa bath. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with amazing views of the 4th fairway of the Royal Ocean course with shaded table and bench seating.

Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto the balcony with incredible views with further stairs leading up to the roof terrace. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a private balcony.

On the lower level of the villa are bedrooms four and five. Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening onto a shared area. Bedroom five is a double room with fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening onto a shared area. Both bedrooms four and five share the adjacent family shower room.

Outside Space

The outdoor area needs to be seen to be believed, it certainly has 'The WOW factor' with sensational golf views. The swimming pool measures approximately 11 metres x 4 metres and includes a separate jacuzzi section. The surrounding sun terraces are furnished with comfortable sofa seating and chairs and is an ideal place for enjoying the Algarve sunshine whilst watching the different golf standards on the 4th fairway! Stepping stones in the pool can get you from one side of the terrace to the other side which is furnished with sun loungers. A covered area houses the dining table with seating for ten people and is the perfect place to enjoy al-fresco meals cooked on the gas BBQ.

A patio door off the upper floor landing opens onto the shared balcony, off this balcony stairs lead up to the roof terrace with fantastic, breath taking views of the 4th and 12th Fairway of the Royal Ocean Course and also far reaching views to the coast. You will also find a gas BBQ and food preparation area with a sink and a dining table with seating for eight people.

Location

Located in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, a classy destination with two championship golf courses- the Royal and the Ocean courses; the clubhouse with a restaurant, shops and a spa; the tennis centre and the famous Praca, where you will find a wide range of bars and eateries and family entertainment during the summer months. The beaches in this area of the Algarve are some of the most beautiful along this stunning coastline.

Please note that next door to Villa Radka there is a plot with a new villa under construction, however no noisy building work is allowed in the urban-touristic resort of Vale do Lobo during the peak summer months of July and August.
