This apartment is situated on the 7th floor of a brand new apartment block with lift access to the apartment door.
Living Areas
The open-plan kitchen and living area is bright and inviting, featuring air conditioning and direct access to a private terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted with a Nespresso coffee machine, integrated microwave and oven and fridge freezer, while the dining area includes a table with four chairs. The lounge is equipped with a Smart TV with cable channels, including English-language options such as BBC, ITV, TNT & Sky Sports and there is also Wi-Fi internet and a blue tooth sound speaker. The terrace is ideal for outdoor living, complete with a gas barbecue, two recliner chairs, and a table with additional seating, perfect for dining al fresco or simply unwinding while enjoying partial sea views.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are two spacious double bedrooms, each with a 1.60m x 2.00m bed and air conditioning. The master bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and wash basin. The second bedroom is served by a private bathroom featuring a bath with an overhead shower.
Outside Space
Additional features include a secure garage, lift access within the building, and access to the communal swimming pool where there are sun loungers for clients' use and communal shower and WC facilities.
Location
Located in the heart of Quarteira, the apartment is within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, and a wide selection of restaurants, making it an excellent base for both relaxation and exploring the Algarve.
Other Items
There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival requested by the house manager of the property. Rates include a midweek bathroom towel change and a weekly changeover clean, bed linen change and towel change. A hairdryer is provided.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
Supplementals
The standard foodpack which is included consists of the following: bottle of wine, carton of milk, bottle of water 1.5L, sachets of tea, coffee and sugar.
Fruit Juice/Bread/Ham/Cheese/Butter/6 eggs/ Jam/Pack cereal
1 x loaf sliced bread, 1 x butter, 1 x litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 x bottle white wine, 1 x carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 x bottle lemonade, 20 sachets sugar, 1 x pack ham, 1 x pack sliced cheese, 4 x pieces seasonal fruit, 4 x tomatoes or 1 x pack cherry tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 x large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
