Overview
Marina Gardens Apartment is a spacious and beautifully presented apartment that sleeps up to 8 persons and is located directly on the prestigious Vilamoura Marina, offering cracking views across the marina. Tastefully furnished and generously proportioned, the apartment provides the perfect balance of comfort and convenience, with restaurants, bars, shops, and leisure facilities just on your doorstep. A lift provides easy access to the apartment entrance or alternatively you can use the stairs. With Wi-fi internet and air conditioning in the living room provided in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The accommodation features a bright and welcoming living and dining area that has air conditioning, Satellite television and Wi-fi, creating an ideal space to relax .The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, mini grill oven, fridge freezer and a Delta coffee machine and juicer all ensuring effortless day-to-day living. Large windows showcase the fantastic views of the marina.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There is a double bedroom that is ideally located off the lounge (with Kingsize bed 1.80m x 2.00m) There is also a comfortable double bedroom (bed measures 1.60m x 2.00m), and a twin bedroom (with beds 0.90m x 2.00m) that benefit from its own full en-suite bathroom. There is also a shower room conveniently located next door to these bedrooms. A double sofa bed in the lounge/dining area can also sleep an additional two persons upon prior request.
Outside Space
Guests can enjoy access to well-maintained gardens and a communal swimming pool, all set within a secure private condominium with gated access.
Location
Ideally positioned in a central location, within steps of the marina and where there are supermarkets, restaurants, and the lovely beaches close to hand. There is also golf courses and tennis facilities nearby in the resort of Vilamoura. The splendid Marina has the capacity for 1,000 yachts, has an air of exclusivity, with a choice of fashionable bars, designer shops and both Portuguese and International restaurants to match. The marina is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the chic lifestyle of the resort, whilst enjoying a cool drink or a superb meal in one of the numerous waterside bars, cafes and eateries that look out over the luxury boats and yachts. The marina is flanked either side by two glorious golden sand blue flag beaches, Marina beach to the east and the majestic Falesia beach to the west.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek towel change and a weekly bed linen change. Pool towels, stand alone fans, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. There is a final mandatory final cleaning fee of 50€.
Please note that the apartment is located in the central hub of the marina, close to the bars, restaurants and nightlife. As a result customers may experience some ambient noise from the various local establishments.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
Supplementals
The standard foodpack which is included consists of the following: bottle of wine, carton of milk, bottle of water 1.5L, sachets of tea, coffee and sugar.
1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
