Al Quimia is the signature gourmet restaurant at the luxurious Epic Sana Algarve Resort near the village of Olhos de Agua. Strictly for fans of fine dining and certainly not for kids Al Quima is perfect if you’re looking for something private and romantic away from the crowd. Set amid groves of umbrella pine trees and beautiful gardens Al Quima’s open air seating adds to the experience, but at the end of the day the food is the star.
The menu has been carefully crafted to make full use of the richness of local Algarve produce to make the best Portuguese cuisine. There is a good wine list with 300 of the best national tipples, with special focus on wines of small production but superior quality.
Al Quima is open to non-residents of the Epic Sana Algarve Resort for dinner only from January to November, so book ahead to avoid disappointment.
