'The service we received has been very good up until now. My only criticism is the delays in the Villa owners responding to your staff. We initially enquired about a new villa to you and it took 4 days for the owner to respond re availability. We had to keep chasing to finally be told it wasn’t available. This is no reflection on Sun Hat Villa staff, it’s the owners who didn’t get back to let you know if it was available. Other than that, the service has been very good and I would not hesitate to book with yourselves again.'

'Lovely to be able to speak to a representative and discuss our requirements. A brochure arrived in the post showing us the exact location of the villa which was extremely helpful. An app is also available with more details. Also if you need a welcome starter pack of essentials then it can be arranged.'
